Sonia helped me add my phone to an existing line on Christmas Eve and was super calm, cool and…read morecollected under pressure. She literally had to call my phone provider because they gave me the wrong account number 3 different times before she called. She on top of that, was with us for an hour. She literally was the best person to deal with at the store, went over rates before adding me to a line, gave a detailed explanation of any charges that will be added before adding the line. This is something in itself I will state, she was extremely nice about and broke down well. If you're reading this. Thank you Sonia, i left a review here and through cricket.

She ended up scoring me an amazing deal on a new phone and explained the "catches" to me clear as day, so I knew I wasn't getting myself into more than I bargained for. I said all my phones are paid for. She said, "then we really don't have anything". Wow! People are nice HOWEVER they must need more training. I can't even begin to explain the amount of…read morestress and strife it has been to upgrade my *backed up* IPhone 6s to a IPhone 8. First they couldn't get all my texts over and they didn't even restore my new phone to how my 6s was set up. I basically had a clean slate with my old pics and old contacts only. After I told them this was not going to cut it. I spent 2 1/2 more hours in there to get my texts and ios all set up. But I was then told as my pics and apps were still loading from the back up, that I could disconnect from the WiFi and it would use cellular to get those apps up and pics back. Well. Let me tell y'all, that was the WORST advice I've heard and I don't know if it was because they thought they did their job or wanted me gone. But. They obviously need more training. I will be back in today to attempt to correct the damage they have caused. Glad I kept my old phone because I essentially have a brand new phone that I can't even use and I can't even load the apps now on my own WiFi. I'm just so disappointed. It has NEVER been this hard like wtf.
