This is an awesome gym, and a fantastic addition to the Bothell area! This gym has: * a huge selection of weight machines from Panatta, which are so smoooooooth. The sheer variety of isolation exercises possible here should excite any intermediate/advanced lifter! * incredible, well designed space surrounding the machines for free-weight activities, bars for deadlifts and old fashioned bench presses, enough high quality ROGUE benches to go around. * an upstairs area which provides additional machines, as well as empty space for stretching, personal stretching, etc. * limited selection of cardio machines that face outside This gym is very clearly targeted to serious fitness enthusiasts and is probably not a great place for the cardio-only half-asses lifting crowd. The price tag does help weed out the unserious, and I appreciate it! Thank you Kim and Jordan for creating such an amazing space, with fantastic energy and amazing equipment. This gym is an absolute joke. I've been a paying member since the very beginning, but apparently loyalty means nothing here. They'd rather squeeze money out of people with unfair charges than value long-term members. Imagine being charged for promoting a gym -- sounds crazy, but that's exactly what happened lol Here's the story: I've been a loyal client since this gym opened. A few days ago, I came in the evening to work out. I came alone, trained alone, and when I was about to leave, my friend came to pick me up. She asked if I could show her the gym since she was looking for one to join, and I thought it would be great if she signed up and trained with me here. We walked back in together, I gave her a quick 5-minute tour, and we both left. That's it. The cameras clearly show this, and management could confirm that. Still, the very next day, I was slapped with a $300 "tailgating" fine. For what lmao? For literally showing a potential new client around. My friend didn't even touch a single piece of equipment . I explained the situation, thinking they would review it reasonably, cause i believe that each incident should be reviewed individually, considering all the circumstances. But they didn't give af. They just wanted the money. This is NOT A CLIENT-FRIENDLY gym. They don't care about loyalty, fairness, or respect If this is how they handle honest mistakes made with good intentions, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of gyms that actually value their members and treat them with respect. read more

I've been to a lot of gyms across the nation, and this by far is one of the best gyms I've ever had the pleasure of being a member at! From 24/h access, to the friendly people and workers, this gym is the best. The red light sauna as well as tanning is the cherry on top and I heard they are gonna be offering in house sports massages! You definitely need to check this gym out for yourself. read more

Machine Overall decent, some small pieces from the machine start coming apart For the parking you have to be lucky, but from the $90 / month pre-sale rate to now the $130 / month regular rate you do expect the gym to have bigger parking lot space for everyone Cleanliness - A few times the trash cans fully full from the parking garage to the gym floor, weight plates left on machines, resistance bands hanging around machines The machine wiping towel is the same one used over and over, soaking wet and smells disgusting Cardio machines are great except with other people's sweat on it People working out there are fine, but you do come across sometimes some people trying to film a TikTok or something being on the same machine for over half an hour. read more

This is one of the most incredible gyms I have ever worked out in! The equipment is out of this world beautiful and the design and layou is so visually appealing! The best part of this gym however is the staff, I have never been more welcomed by staff and greeted with friendliness and warm smiles! Not only that but the gym is strategically organized and run incredibly smoothly thanks to management and overall this is an incredible gym to workout at 10/10!!! read more

Wow! This place is unlike any other gym. I've traveled to a lot of gyms across America and this place is TOP NOTCH! All Panatta equipment. Which they use the same leather as Ferrari uses inside their cars! All of the equipment moves so smooth and super ergonomic to fit all body types because of how adjustable everything is. Love that they have saunas too. On top of that, the staff and owners (Jordan and Kimberly) are just really good people. This is one of those bucket list gyms that everyone has to go check out. read more

It's not just another gym. The vibe here is more like a community of those that really support each other's health and fitness goals. It's a place I for sure can call my home gym and the people here make it feel like family. The equipment is nothing like you've ever used before, Panatta is something else. Made in Italy, you can literally feel the difference when it comes to the time they put into the craftsmanship of each equipment. Not to mention that it's open 24/7 as long as you are a member you'll have access to the gym without having to worry about rushing your workout. Fitness Compound is a facility like no other. I've been lifting for many years, although I still put myself firmly in the "aspiring" category. I've lived in many places around the world, and been a member of many more gyms - in my experience they fall into one of a few categories: - "New Year Resolution Gyms" - shiny looking equipment that's of limited practical use, members that don't know what they're doing, limited capacity for heavier / focused lifting, "trainers" that saw some youtube videos once and deemed themselves professionals - "Bro Gyms" - places that always make me feel like I'm back in high-school, and subjected to arrogant lifters whose sole goal is to make the rest of us feel "less than". Usually pretty well equipped, but it's hard to get near the benches and squat racks because of the sea of cameras on tripods, gym bags, and people too busy checking themselves out in the mirror to finish their sets. Trainers at these gyms look down on you unless you bench over 325lbs, squat 500lbs for warmups, and can count at least 6 abs through your skin-tight shirt - "Classic Gyms" - Approachable, but feel like they're stocked from a series of craigslist ads over the past 40 years. Leans more towards free weights, which is fine, and the expectation that you already know what you're doing. It's a hunt-and-gather exercise to collect enough plates to train, and a lot of waiting for core equipment. Fitness Compound smashes the stereotypes. It's incredibly well equipped, and clearly targets people that are serious about their training. However, everyone from the leadership team through to the members are really friendly, approachable, and inspirational vs intimidating. You'll feel at home here if you're just starting out (but committed to success) or if you're an IFBB Pro. It's clear the core training team know what they're doing, but they're committed to not only the success of every member but also making them feel part of the community Fitness Compound is working hard to establish. I drive 40 minutes each way to train at this gym - and it's absolutely worth it. read more

I have been going to The Fitness Compound since it opened in November 2024. This place is great! I love the high energy environment. People are there to workout. And everyone is respectful and nice. Seeing everyone work toward their individual goals fuels me during my lift. The design of the building lets you know you are in a top of the line type gym. Very cool, clean, modern, and stylish. Also, I love it has a self entry system that makes it so it is a 24 hour gym. That has made it very convenient for someone like me with a very busy, always changing schedule. The equipment is all matching, brand new, top of the line equipment. And there is a lot of variety so a lot to chose from to keep the workouts interesting. There are a lot of pieces that I have never seen before, and I've been lifting for 25 years. It makes it fun and the instruction placards make it very easy to understand how to use the equipment and what each piece is for. The staff is great! The owners, Jordan and Kim, are high level athletes so you might think they are intimidating. But they are the nicest people ever and very welcoming. This place is new but already has a community vibe to it. I recommend coming to be a part of it. There are a lot of high level athletes here, but everyone is very welcoming. This is a great place for all fitness levels. read more

I'm absolutely obsessed with this gym! The energy, the vibes, the machines, the music... all of it! I've never had so much motivation come back since lifting at this gym. Each machine is so unique, it's from Pannatta from Italy and it isolates muscles insanely. I love that the machines have such versatility and can do so many different types of exercises. There's also such variation with squat bars, deadlift bars, etc. The music is always bumping too and I don't even have to wear my AirPods to lift! They have so many different handles for different machines, 2 hip thrust machines for the girls who glutes, and plenty of cardio exercises. Each machine is so smooth, and I love using the red light/infrared sauna post lift :) My mental health is better because of this gym.
