The owner was friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what SD card I needed, and my purchase was quick. We kept chatting for a while. I don't shop at the store regularly because camera purchases are few and far between. That said, the owner show himself to be intelligent, capable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products in his store. When I have another big purchase I would like to be shopping at this location if possible. *In reference to another reviewer: if you don't shop at a store and only walk in long enough to hear a snippet of a conversation, and admit to being no expert in the field; then getting offended and trashing the store in yelp is silly, even petty. If one pays attention to the news they discover that certain camera brands actually are losing major market share. Being offended by a fact is not a good reason to trash a store's reputation. I don't write yelp reviews 99% of the time. You are silly review inspired me to write this.

I called later to say I want my stuff back and when will it be ready to pick up and the owner gave me the spiel that I needed to support local business etc etc and said they had already started on the items. I really didn't want to be in this position and wasn't given a price but was told I'd be given a good deal. I was shocked when I went back to pick up the items at the price. I showed them to a friend of mine that was having hers done at Michael's in Acton and she was stunned at the price. Literally every item I paid approx $400 and she had hers done for about $50 each. I just felt like a fool and my trust was broken. I will never be back to the store I feel totally misled
