if you follow their Facebook don't believe what you see. we waited 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. the service was terrible, waited nearly half an hour for drinks and a further 15 to have our order taken. the share platter was missing the lamb cutlets and the pork belly was thin and overcooked, the chips where cold. no apology. we had to get up and help ourselves to plates from their service trolley, because obviously there dining expectation is to eat like barbarians. we went to settle out bill, paying $70 for deep fried seafood and overcooked cheap offcuts of meat. we waited yet again for unorganised staff to notice us, we could of walked out without notice. a man was watching us then decided to acknowledge us saying he would try to settle our bill but he didn't know how to use the system. turns out he was the owner... we told him about our dining experience at his restraint and he did not care, no apology, no offer of perhaps complementary drinks... nothing. he actually said things are running better than when he first started and he is happy. well sorry mate but if this is your happy standard we wont be the first not only dine once with no intention of returning. he also had no apology for the unorganised behaviour of his staff. I don't recommend. the food isn't even good, could of excused the rest if the food was good but its not. read more
