Usually when you ask for a food item to be taken off a meal you are paying for there is no issue. Tonight I asked for a sauce to be taken off my whole field mushroom entree / light meal only to be told that this would make the meal dry. My response was that this was fine, i simply didn't want the sauce. Again I was told that this would make the meal dry, and again I gave the same response. I was then denied this AGAIN and told the chef wouldn't like this as the dish would not be as it should. Due to feeling like I was being argued with I said, fine I'll have the same as my friend. It also took several tries to order iced coffee's NOT iced chocolates. You shouldn't feel exhausted ordering a quick dinner before a movie. Bad service from a man who I think was the manager. There are other places to eat at Karingal before a movie. Next time we will be going to them. read more

Food is fantastic...But do not come here hungry lol as the portions are a little small... Also a bit on the expensive side but it's ok ......The thing I did not like at all was the the square and rectangle plates on top of the glass tables well hard to cut your meat without moving all over the place but that's just me been a pain read more
