My partner went to pick me up some lunch from Degani's and specifically asked for the salad wrap not to be heated and toasted but unfortunately it was. I called the store and within 10 minutes they had personally delivered a whole new wrap to me at work. I didn't expect that but I am so appreciative and have to say, what excellent customer service. I have been a regular customer of theirs for a couple of years, and I will definitely continue to be. read more
