So glad we stumbled upon this gem! We had never been to a shop before our Colorado trip and the first shop was nothing compare to The Farm. When I searched for "The best cannabis dispensary in the Denver area" The Farm was one of the first I saw. I read all of the amazing reviews and we had to try it ourselves. The products the sell are very poor. They don't have any effects to you. They are expensive and a waste of money.

What it is: a giant head shop with a little room behind a bank vault where you actually score your dank. Ok, here's the deal- as you can read from my profile, I'm from a non-medical, non-legalized state. That makes for a long wait on their waiting room couch because they operate under a tiered system. They check your ID and once ascertaining where you're from they hand you a bingo chip: Gold- you're a local medical patient Silver- you're a local recreational user Brown- you're not from here and are going to wait a very long time So I sat on the couch with my brown chip watching as many as two dozen happy customers come and go. I finally had to go ask if they had me on a "pay me no fuckin mind" list. That sped up the process. Their prices- and again, I'm not from a legal state- were not "great". They were average and on par with a street hustler. Just to recap, their staff were friendly, but their customer service was garbage. read more

Good luck finding a place in Boulder that can even compete with "The Farm". The staff are professional, the operation runs smoothly, the choices are stellar, and the service is superb. I switched to "The Farm" from North Boulder Wellness, NBW is the worst place to go in Boulder; I haven't looked back since leaving. As a medical marijuana patient (cancer) I couldn't be more pleased with how I'm treated and served at "The Farm". I could go on and on about how awesome "The Farm" is, but I'll leave you with this - go to "The Farm" and see for yourself. I've been here a few times over the past year and I've decided not to return. I don't like how the pot is already prepackaged in little vials. I'm also less than thrilled with the budtenders. Out the five or six times I've been here I had one really friendly budtender all the rest have had attitudes. I came there once and the budtender didn't even say hello he just said "So whaddya want?" like I was bothering him or something. I'm not a high maintenance customer ,I don't ask millions of questions. A little courtesy would be nice, after all I'm giving you my money. I'll stick with Fresh Baked. read more

I signed up with the farm Dispencery on the premise that I could get Gumby oil to help with my pain. When I signed up they said it would be a few weeks ended up being a few months before I could get my first dose. That was after a number of people that worked there telling me they didn't have it until finally someone came around with the actual oil and sold it to me. I was able to get one dose since October it's now almost July. The farm knows that people are desperate to get this oil because it is such a great way to take care of the pain that you have. You would think them knowing that people want this so badly they would get on it and make more of it so that the people that wanted to get it could get it. I spent many a time leaving my card phone number with people that worked at the farm I spent a number of phone calls with Vicky one of the managers to try to work out how I could get some of the oil. They have been horribly difficult to deal with and to get any kind of response about whether or not I can get the oil if I sign up with them again. People are in pain this is an excellent pain relieving product that doesn't make you stoned while reaping the benefits of the pain relieving qualities. They never advertised the oil because they knew people wanted it so badly and only gave it to certain clients. No one could give me a reason or a method for how they picked the clients that would be allowed to get the oil. I'm a person it's has to spend 90% of my time laying on my back flat so that I can get through the days because walking around sitting in chairs standing all is very painful for me. I use approximately 240mg of oxycodone a day. My pain is extreme and that oil worked better than my opiate drugs, prescribed by my doctor. I am simply looking for a dispensary that will act as a true caregiver and help me get the medicine I need to live a life filled with constant pain. The farm assured me I could get the oil if I signed up with them and so I did. I only have gotten one dose since October and it's almost July now. A number of times they told me they were growing more and preparing more oil. The last time I spent in the store asking them about what was going on they told me that it had slipped through the cracks and they were busy building their company rather than taking care of their clients. I feel like they have been using me for their benefit(so they could grow their business), rather than acting as a caregiver and looking to take care of their clients needs. Even this last time in there they were telling me that the oil was on its way but they couldn't tell me when and if I could get some when it became available. So what would you do sign up again in hopes that they keep their word? They've already had six months to try to keep their word and haven't been able to do it. Do I sign over again in hopes that they will keep their word this time? They don't even seem to feel sorry about the fact that they've been leading me on this entire time. I feel very slighted and very taken advantage of. It's amazing to me that more people don't stand up and say something about this issue. They've got a product that works wonderfully to take care of your pain, but they don't seem to see the value in what they have. If people are truly buying marijuana to help with pain this is the perfect answer. I think their client list would rise immensely if they could make this oil available to their clients. I use marijuana to help with my pain just like many others out there but I don't want to have to get stoned every time I need pain relief. Does anyone have any good suggestions of how I can help pressure this Dispencery to get me the medicine I need? Normally i would give the farm a better review however as a loyal customer I am appalled at the way we were treated this morning! With the amount of money being spent at this store I expect a level of consistency with customer service and product...you FAILED at both today!!! The bud we received was a half ounce special, i understand this is discounted but to get an entire half ounce of shake is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! When there is normally a good selection of multiple strains and i ask what you will be replacing the one you have run out of with as a curious customer i expect to be treated like a valued customer not like someone who is bothering them to do their job. This man who i have not seen before so maybe he is new was horrible with customers. he just NASTILY snapped back "NOTHING" while glaring at us and giving us dirty looks. also a customer asked him if they had recently changed a rule and he barked back at them "NO!!!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!' when in fact it has changed because the rules in boulder change constantly and now you can only have two customers per bud tender when before it was one and before that is was as many as you wanted!!!!!!! I usually like their product and they usually have good customer service but with the high turnover rate of employees there is NO CONSISTENCY!!!! All this wouldn't matter if we had gotten a good product but like I said an entire half ounce of shake is completely UNACCEPTABLE!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dispensary. I went in to buy a dugout. Willing to pay anything for it. The rude blonde lady running the show told me that if I found a dugout I liked without the one hitter, she would take one out of a different dugout and let me buy it. So I found the one I wanted, it didn't have the one hitter part. so then she was looking for the one hitter piece in different dugouts, found one, then pulled it out and told me she had changed her mind and I couldn't buy it. I will never return here and I will tell everyone I know how rude she was and to never buy from The Farm! I wanted to give them my money! I wanted to buy their overpriced crap!! She missed out on a forty dollar sale because of a four dollar one hitter! what ignorance. Please don't support this place! being rude will get you nowhere in life! read more

The vibe is a little too business-like for my taste, but the Farm is a class act even when busy. They are photo friendly in the waiting room and there's lots of cool stuff for picture taking. Went into the product room and got a couple of Julie's Nutty Bites 50mg (1-Sativa, 1-Indica) to help brighten the day and then ease the transition into night. My sister referred me to the Farm when I was trying to get off of prescription sleep medications. I don't know who told her about it, but it's very impressive. The staff is exceptionally well trained and knowedgeable. In these days of "big box" style shopping for everything, it's a real breath of fresh air. I love their daily menu and how easy it is to read and use it to help out. One of the young men on the staff listened carefully to everything I had to say. He recommended a product that is strong on non addictive components which help alleviate insomnia and anxiety. Who knew? I've now moved to Denver, and I will continue to take the drive up to Boulder to buy my precious weedy things only from the Farm. Kudos to you guys! read more
