The stage set up before the show. Very pretty!

This is a beautiful venue! I went with friends and my boyfriend to see the Sakura Concert earlier this year and we had an excellent time! They had snacks and some were even gluten free! Very inclusive and artsy place! I would totally recommend!

Our Raven and Poe!

Tonight a group of my friends, and I decided that we wanted to experience what The Fallser Club troupe has to offer and we were so glad that we did! The living, the location, the stage, scenery & props were perfection. The actors were exceptional in their delivery- each one presented a macabre and emotional testament of Edgar Allan Poe's works. The Pit & the Pendulum, The Cask of Amontillado, The Annabelle Lee, & The Fall of the House of Usher were performed with passion, accuracy & the dark romanticism of the mid-1800's rolled up with delicious spirits made to compliment each of these works. As you sip delicious custom drinks you are also savoring the performances of the raconteurs, taking you back to the time of Poe & a simpler time in life. I cannot wait to come back for our next experience!

Inside

It has been a long time since I have gone to a cabaret singing event. My family and friends treated me to Fallser for Valentine's Day. This place is wonderful. It is small, quiet, and just the atmosphere for that type of venture.

I love the recent updates made to the Mann Center. I visited in July to see Death Cab for Cutie…read more Off the bat, the venue has a more "luxurious" feel walking around concessions and other areas. The bathrooms were pretty clean and they had plenty of stalls, so no need to wait in a long line. We had seats on the balcony, and the staff was kind enough to escort us to our seats. The view was solid and the sound quality was great. The balcony seats felt relatively comfortable. Like most venues, drinks and food can be a bit pricy. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my strawberry vodka lemonade. The nachos were a little weird -- carrot does not belong on nachos. The chicken on the nachos was still juicy though. I wouldn't mind coming back for another show here.

Everyone raves about the Mann being one of the best, if not the best venue for concerts in…read morePhiladelphia, but I'm not actually sure that I'm convinced. This review is off Lawn Seating specifically, so I cannot speak to the upgraded, designated assigned seating scenario, but having to rent a chair and not having the ability to bring your own, in addition to the mad dash for "the best seat up front," really isn't the personal vibe I'm going for when I'm seeing live music, but I guess that's just me being old. Drinks were expensive as can be assumed at any concert, and for the Hilary Duff concert specifically, they only had a certain number of the coveted microphone drink toppers, which I don't exactly think is fair (even though me myself was able to get one). I just don't understand creating a craze over a souvenir cup and then only having like 100 or so actually for sale..... it just does not make sense to me in 2026 when everything is mass produced and a regular Joe-Schmo can 3-D print anything plastic in his basement. I didn't eat here because I didn't want to take out a small mortgage to do so. And if my review wasn't already bleak enough, the public transit situation is absolutely asinine. I waited over an hour for a bus, all of which passed me because they were full and ended up sharing an uber with some girls I overheard were going to my neighborhood. I'm sorry, but if you know that you're having a huge concert, please make sure that there are extra SEPTA buses (or designated shuttles), waiting to ferry people out of this super far, basically remote part of the city. Overall not impressed and probably won't be back based on my lackluster experience.

Found a great burger in Philly! Fresh meat, seasoned & grilled well with a perfect dark char. So…read moreflavorful! This was house special of the day with Gruyere cheese and arugula, delicious! The bread roll looks large but it's just so super fluffy, made locally (Lost Bread Co), and was a perfect compliment to the burger. Bad Brother I'm told makes their own sourdough bread and Chef is out of San Francisco so he knows bread. Known for their sriracha wings which are a 2-day process to make (brined then soaked before cooking). I didn't try this trip but 7 orders at the bar while I was there speaks volumes. Bartenders are foodies too so drinks are creative, plus they are fun and engaging with the crowd. Weekly specials offer locals savings. Will definitely be back soon!

FANTASTIC place. Totally recommend and would absolutely go back…read more Easy to make a reservation over the phone and our party of 5 was welcomed and brought to our table upstairs. The upstairs area has a chill vibe with some Mario-themed art as well as a TV. It seems that the kitchen is upstairs, so a lot of waiters were flying by out table to the staircase. Our waiter was pretty chill. Apparently an O's fan, he was excited to learn we're from Baltimore. Food was all fantastic. The style of fries isn't my preference, but they were decent. Other than that, I was blown away. Child #1 and Child #2 got some items from the Kids' menu - grilled cheese and cheeseburger. Bread and Butter appetizer. Is it expensive for just being bread and butter? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes. The homemade bread is great, but combine it with honey butter with flaky salt, and it's incredible. Loads of reviews on Yelp talked about the sausage roll. GET IT. It's greasy and filling in all the right ways. Goes great with a beer. My wife got the burger and she found it to be very tasty. I got the Grilled Maitake Mushrooms dish and holy cow; it's perfect. Even if you're not a vegetarian (I'm not), you can appreciate this dish: crispy rice cake (not the dry kind from the store), tender baby bok choy, and of course the well-cooked mushrooms are tied together with black vinegar, garlic-whipped tofu (!), and a peanut sauce. A++ would absolutely get again. The food menu has some staples, but overall it does change nightly, so make sure you check it out before you come. Apparently, on Sundays, they do a different experimental flavor of wings. I was curious, but my stomach has only so much room, so I had to draw the line. There is a respectable drink menu. My wife got the blood orange mezcalita, which she liked, but thought the smoke flavor was more subtle than described. I got the Plum Fizz and would totally get it again. Pleasantly-sour with a nice fizz. It's a nice pub in a nice neighborhood of a major city - be prepared for prices to match. But it is absolutely worth it.

The Immersive Van Gogh Experience is definitely worth it. Absolutely loved it. Not sure how long it…read morewill be at Tower so go check it out if you haven't been yet. It's $35 and assuming you take the time to soak it all in, it will take about an hour. Be patient and watch all the moving pieces and read the placards. In the late afternoon on Saturday, decided to purchase the basic ticket online for $49.90 and took myself on a solo date to The Tower Theater. The staff had some technical difficulties finding my ticket in their system when I arrived, but eventually they found it. Before you go into the experience, you can grab a drink, which I did. I went for the "The Van Gogh". It was a very light cocktail, and I wasn't expecting much from it. It was interesting to read some of Van Gogh's life and to see his paintings in a moving visual or in a 3D dimensional type of way. Afterwards, you can color one of his paintings with medium sized crayons and/or do the virtual reality (which I did not purchase). I think the price for the weekend was way too expensive for what was offered. The entire experience was decent. Also, was able to find nearby street parking and downloaded the needed app for meter parking.

Came here with coworkers for Bingo Loco to celebrate a birthday. We were disappointed to learn there was no food available as you must bring your own. Guess we should've read the fine print. The drinks were flowing, I got a lemon drop that I didn't love. This is a nice venue with plenty of bathrooms.

There were a few security inside and outside. Once inside there was at least 1-2 police officers. The tables were small for adults and at time uncomfortable. But, we made it work. It was really crowded. For Bingo Loco this is not the perfect choice for a venue, or any type of event that involves audiance to be on stage at any point. There is an upstairs and a downstairs. So if you need to come on stage, it will take you a while to get there. The bar staff were amazing. They did not charge for non alcholoic drinks which is appreciated. They were also very busy, but kept things moving all while whipping out the drinks and talking to customers and keeping their cool. The bathrooms were down a long hallway. The bathroom attendants were helpful. They were taking you down to the bathrooms,, opening the door and checking to make sure iit was empty, and clean before letting you in. At one point they were cleaning because someone threw up. So I appreciated them cleaning up as the night was going on. The show itself deserves its own review. But, it was good, and this was my second time at a Bingo Loco. The venue was pretty clean. But, by the end of the night it was not... to be expected HEHE Parking is at various public lots, and street parking throughout the surrounding area.
