The…read morevenue is beautiful as you can see from the photos and you wont find any other modern venue like Noah's in the area. However, what really makes this venue even better is their staff. Danny and Addie are passionate about there role at Noah's and working with them was a breeze. Their knowledge, experience and team work made me and my wife enjoy every moment of communication with them. The day of the wedding the stress relief Danny and his team took off my shoulders was amazing and will be forever grateful. He and his staff constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was moving smoothly as scheduled. If Danny, Addie, Brianna, and their newest member Bri are a representation of Noah's then the they are by far the most professional Venue chain in the market across the US. Noah's should be grateful to have such a remarkable staff running the Bedford, NH location.

The buffet was hot and tasty, the bartenders for the host bar were friendly and speedy, and the AV worked well for the speeches and videos. There were multiple events being held in different rooms simultaneously, and everything went smoothly for our group.

Both times was buffet service and people brought their plates up. Bar was full service and the bartender was quick and efficient. I do think it's a little pricey for a function, but all things considered, if you can afford it then it's a no brainer. I've never had any hiccups with events at this venue. Also where else can you get a mudslide and tenders like those?

My husband and I were instantly forgotten. One of my favorite brunch items is eggs Benedict, but because of the amount of butter in hollandaise sauce [which, if I am being honest, is the reason it is a favorite] I don't have it often. Their menu includes a benny with fried green tomatoes (!!!!) and a sriracha hollandaise. Both my mother-in-law and I ordered it. In place of the home-fried potatoes I got fresh fruit (and ended up with the potatoes anyway, and they were outstanding), and we both opted for regular hollandaise. It. Was. Incredible. It's hard enough to find legitimate fried green tomatoes anywhere north of VA to begin with - but on eggs benny? To die for. I don't even know what anyone else had at the table, all my MIL and I talked about was our food. 10-3 is brunch and I would recommend it for all their amazing items (Lox and a bagel! Tuna poke bowl!) Their dinner menu is also really, really good.

My son ordered a burger with just cheese, but it arrived with hollandaise sauce on it. By the time he got his burger, everyone had finished their meals. I feel a more efficient way to order a burger is to build your own, where you select the add ons: cheese, bacon, onion, Canadian bacon, tomato etc. If you have to charge more for a certain add on, then do so. The mimosas & the billinis were good & everyone enjoyed their entrees. It did seem as though we waited a long time for our entrees & the restaurant was not crowded at all, on a Saturday morning. Everyone enjoyed themselves so I assume we would all gladly return. The fake wisteria hanging up on the way in, seemed rather silly. Wisteria seldom blooms, LOL, so that was a dead giveaway.

We spent a substantial amount of money on our wedding at Bedford Village Inn, and the experience…read morewas incredibly disappointing. The wedding itself eventually happened, but everything leading up to it was an absolute nightmare. Our bridal suite was supposed to be ready at 1:30 p.m., but I had requested numerous times that it be ready earlier because all of our suitcases and belongings were everywhere and we needed the room to get ready. Instead, we were repeatedly told the rooms were being cleaned, only to later find out that wasn't actually the case and that there were staffing issues. I spent my wedding morning running around trying to fix problems instead of enjoying getting ready with my family and bridal party. My maid of honor and junior bridesmaid were never given their bouquets and had to walk down the aisle without them. My dogs were also supposed to be brought to the side after the ceremony so I could take pictures with them. This was communicated multiple times beforehand and directly to the wedding coordinator that day. It never happened. My dog sitter was apparently told she could leave, and I completely missed out on photographs with my dogs that were extremely important to me. When I complained, the general manager tried to blame my dog sitter and claimed I never communicated the request. Completely unacceptable. The wedding coordinator was another major disappointment. Guests weren't properly informed when dessert was available, I wasn't kept informed about our bar tab, and I found myself dealing with details that I paid the venue to handle. What is almost worse than everything that happened is how management handled my complaints afterward. Instead of taking accountability, I received excuses and finger-pointing. It felt like the priority was defending their employees rather than acknowledging what happened to the customer who paid for the wedding. Things can go wrong at a wedding. That's life. But when multiple things go wrong and the response afterward is to deny, deflect, and blame someone else, that's a serious problem. I should have been enjoying one of the most important days of my life. Instead, I was stressed, running around, and dealing with problems that should never have been mine to handle. For the amount of money we spent, I expected far more professionalism, communication, and accountability.

Our waitress was especially sweet, cheerful, and attentive throughout the evening. The owner even stopped by our table to check in and say hello, which was a nice personal touch you don't always see. Service was strong all around. The only small hiccup was that the glasses placed on our table by the host were not clean, but once service got going everything else was smooth and professional. The food was the star of the night. We shared a salad to start, then ordered the tomahawk steak with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus -- the steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked well. We also added the wild mushroom risotto on the side, which was rich and satisfying. Drinks were well made and not watered down, which we definitely appreciated. For dessert, we finished with the molten lava chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream -- a perfect sweet ending. The interior is clean and comfortable, though some of the furniture could use updating. That said, the friendly service and quality of the meal made for a very enjoyable Valentine's dinner. We would return. Special shout out to Kayla our server. Speaking of the check-in process, I was able to do a keyless check-in, which didn't take a lot of time at all. I love the location of this particular hotel because it's right outside of the SNHU Arena, where you can walk there. The rooms were immaculate, the bed is very soft and when I come back, I'll make sure to go to the bar and even the little restaurant that they have for food. It's in a great location to a lot of local eateries and they have their own garage where you can park and have In-N-Out access using your hotel card key. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.
