Breakfast in the Executive Lounge - Chocolate Croissant was so good!
Joe S.

The staff at this hotel was amazing and accommodating as I waited for my room to be ready (I arrived pretty early). Once the room was ready they were friendly and engaging as I checked in. I always enjoy when I feel welcomed at the hotel. The executive lounge was well stocked and breakfast had lots of choices. I was there for a conference and the conference facilities, food, and beverage were wonderful. The staff at the breakfast and lunch activities were great. And the Armory was just cool AF to have an exhibit hall in. The only negative I can give it the pillows at the hotel were absolutely terrible. I will never give a hotel 5 stars if the quality of sleep isn't there. But everything else was great!

This hotel has a jacuzzi on its website (photos), when I called they said they have a jacuzzi. They do not. I dislike dishonesty. Otherwise decent hotel and location for concert venue at snhu.

I would like to acknowledge the deli coffee spot adjacent to the DoubleTree. The woman that manages the spot is always under a lot of pressure and gets the job done on time with a smile and a thank you. Everybody knows Laura by her first name because she is so pleasant and inviting. No matter what is ordered it always is done as if she was a five star chef. Again thank you Laura

If you ever get the chance to go to New Hampshire, and need a hotel, this is it! Clean, centrally located in the heart of downtown. It has a Starbucks inside (key info), and a lovely restaurant/bar that I had the pleasure of eating at. The clam chowder was good and the ceaser steak salad was pretty good too.

We stayed at the hotel before when it was under Radisson. It looks the same. The room was nice and clean, but I found the bed a little uncomfortable, compared to most DoubleTree hotels. Then we figured out the size of the double bed they gave us was not a queen size but more like a twin bed. The Front Desk didn't get a memo that we're married LOL. The room includes a coffee machine, a safe, and everything travelers need. Well, I don't need a lot. The hotel has an indoor pool that lets you go in and out to enjoy the sun. The pool room has a jacuzzi to relax and heal your muscles. The pool was the best part of the stay ha! The gym was big, too, but I didn't use it this time because I was happy spending time at the pool. Nobody was there, so I could swim away, although I don't swim well. I float well! The hotel is perfect for holding a big conference. The space was enormous, and the security was excellent! Nice stay!

This is a very good location for being downtown Manchester; about as good as you can get (arena across the street), parking is extra (lame) to park underground. 4 stars for the hotel, 1 star for the city; awful vibe downtown, loud/obnoxious. Happy to leave and never return; it's bad, but not Springfield, MA bad..

We were given a room and we walked in and the room smelt like cigarettes. Wouldn't recommend for a good stay.

How cool is that? We would love to see a game here and party in the room. Below us was a deck to take out food and drinks and watch the game. Now upstairs, our room was nice with blackout curtains which we like. The bathroom was good size. Everything was clean. We did tell the front desk person that the bottle of shampoo was nearly empty. During our down time we played cards at a large round table in the back room off the deck. We saw a good sized conference room with a large screen and plug-ins at the tables. Would recommend it. We had two good breakfasts in the dining area. As Hilton Honor guests we used our $20 credit for candy bars. There was a large selection of snacks to choose from, and bottled drinks. We even watched a football game in the lobby with other guests. This hotel has a large parking lot, and is in a good location. There is a shuttle for getting around.

Always a smile and good morning from people at the front desk. I needed an ice pack to be frozen every night they put it in their freezer no questions asked. If there aren't any games or if you want to save a few bucks get a room with city view instead of the ballfield. You can go out on their patio and eat and drink and watch the game from the comfort of your hotel. I've stayed here several times and I would take this hotel over the doubletree downtown in a heartbeat. Only good thing about doubletree is you can walk to pretty much anything downtown. Your choice.

The place was fully booked though I reserved my room in early Oct '24. The rates for a basic king size room were okay. One of the elevators was on the fritz so we decided to take the stairs to the 5th floor instead of waiting / cramming with a bunch of other people. Disappointing that there was only (1) trash can in the bathroom, the fridge didn't work well (no capability of changing the temperature with the fridge model). The room was clean, comfortable mattress & a large wall-mounted TV. The staff at the counter were friendly. All around the counter are beverages & snacks that you can purchase directly or add to your room's bill. Love that they have wall-mounted soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner - I find it far more efficient than the small bottles or individually wrapped bars of soap that dry out your skin. We feared that it would be noisy but amazingly enough it wasn't, though we were in room 518, directly located across from the elevators. We used the Hilton Honors app to choose room 401 (in a corner) with a digital key but somehow that fell through. We dealt with it. I agree with a fellow reviewer that the room is compact in size, but for us, decent enough to crash instead of going home an hour away after a late night.

Completely Unacceptable -- Dirty Room, Lies, and No Support…read more Our stay at Even Hotel was disgraceful. We were assigned a handicap room we didn't request, and the front desk refused to change it, blaming the booking site. When Hotwire called them directly, they still refused. So they lied. My son's room smelled like urine and animals. Even our 3-year-old granddaughter was gagging and said, "This room smells bad." While calling for help, I sat at the desk and saw a bunch of ants crawling across the desk and chair. Completely disgusting--and we have video proof. We reported this, and the manager brushed us off with, "We'll check it." No apology. No concern. We called Even Hotel customer service and waited over 90 minutes, only to be disconnected. When we requested a callback, no one ever called us back. Finally, Hotwire had to step in again, and only then did the hotel refund us and return our deposit. But that refund doesn't make up for the stress, aggravation, and hours lost. We had a small child with us and nowhere to go. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Our granddaughter didn't sleep until 10 p.m., visibly upset and exhausted. We should be compensated further for what this did to our family. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an emotional and physical disruption. Avoid Even Hotel at all costs.

I gave it four stars only because the hotel wasn't decorated for Christmas. When you're on the road as often as I am, those holiday touches help make time away from home feel a little more "homey."
