Edgar did a great job. Our 2001 Ford looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! We will most certainly use his service again!

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Pulling in was without obstruction as was operating the kiosk at the pumping stall I used. The colors on the station were vibrant, something that really made an impact up-close. For the payment/selecting a fuel grade part of the process, a car wash option was presented early on. While I selected no, I did notice a sign by the road when my car was fueling up that communicated gas price(s) were 10 cents cheaper with a car wash option. The receipt printed at the stall once I was done fueling. The only hiccup I encountered was with the handless feature of the nozzle I used, I tried to prop the handle up and the clip-like feature kept sliding out.

I love that they are open 24 hours and it is all automated, with credit cards accepted at the kiosk. I always go early in the morning and there is never any wait. I like not having to deal with employees or any upsell. It's easy for me to drive in and out without assistance. It is completed relatively fast and has drying at the end. I hadn't been in a minute and went again recently and found that the prices were much higher. I think this will keep me from returning in the future. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I really think a car wash should be more affordable. If my car came out perfectly clean I guess I would be okay with it, but even the cheapest option is not very reasonable. Because this is automated my car only comes out slightly cleaner than when it went in, I get that a car wash machine can only do so much, but for the price now I would really want it cleaner or I will just have to wash it again really soon. I think I will explore other options, but this is still a good option in a pinch.

In long It's kind of an odd little lot behind the tire place next to Fred Meyer, but it's a good use of space. 3 lanes, all occupied while I was there. The other 2 rigs looked shiny clean as they left. The pay stations have bollards around them that have clearly been hit by people pulling in, leaning over from the impact, lots of cracks and tape on the pay stations. But they worked well enough. Easy to pick the wash you want and how you want to pay. You can tap the card, which saves reaching over. DO park as close as you can though. You have a lot of pressing and tapping to do and you don't wanna be hanging out your window any farther than you have to. I got the ultimate or deluxe or whatever. $19. Way cheaper than having it detailed, no bout adoubt it. You center your rig, pull in, and wait for the big robot arch thing to jump into motion. Big whirling long-bristled brushes. You get the rainbow soap and some sort of basic wax job. On one pass next to the truck, the brushes were really going, and they kinda go by camera to see how far they are from your rig. Got a little too close, going too hard. The rear-view mirror on the driver's side slammed back against the body hard enough to break all the mounting clips in it. Can't get it back on for love nor money. Gotta get a new one. I'm sure they would tell me it's my fault for leaving the mirrors out and not folding them back against the body, which, admittedly, would have kept this from happening. But I've been through brush car washes dozens of times and never even had the mirror move, much less BREAK. Ah, well. On to the mechanic later this week for a new one.

Through the years I have seen the same faces which tell me BB treats their employees well. That's always a plus for the community. This location is on the corner of Broadway and 36th St. It is a busy spot and often the line extends out onto the street. You enter from the south east corner of the lot. You have to be mindful of the alley and the business on 36th if you are waiting in line off the lot. When you get onto the lot be mindful of cars going to the vacuums and gas pumps. No matter how long the line it goes quickly. They have two drive up kiosks that do the transactions and regulate the flow into the wash lane. They take cards or cash but they also have a membership for a monthly fee. In that case you will have a barcode decal the machine will scan. The attendants are always close in case someone has a question or problem. This drive-thru wash is one of the better ones in the area. I have not had an issue with car damage caused my the machinery. Just heed the signage and you will be good. Once your wash is done you can park at the edge of the lot near the vacuums and towel off the water the blowers didn't get. Towels are available in a small room off the wash lane. That's about all I can say for a car wash rating. Happy travels.

My car wash was a bit underwhelming. I did sign up for a promotion so the wash was free, but I…read morestill kinda wish I went somewhere different. The coupon was for their best wash, using the brushed wash (left bank), and was easy to redeem on their electronic kiosks. So far so good! After pulling in and stopping when it told me the first thing I noticed was a pretty bad smell of sewage. Not dirty-car-water and not from my car (it hadn't started working on my car yet). All in all it wasn't so bad that I couldn't handle it but... just not the vibes I expected while getting my car washed, and made me a little skeptical of the quality of the recycled water it was about to be cleaned with. The car wash did its thing, and once it was done I pulled through the dryer. It gives you 60 seconds, which was enough time for my standard car. When I got home I checked the wash quality a bit more and it was half good, half bad. The driver side of my car seemed well washed and shiny. The passenger side, unfortunately, was not. Most noticeable in the better light were small scratches from the brushes that were not there before I went through. They run the entire length of the car, the front part of which was repaired and repainted less than a year ago. I'm not sure but maybe these are just in the clear coat and buff out. The cleaning wasn't quite as good on that side either, leaving some spots where there was residue grime left on the car that came up with a touch of the finger. My car was not excessively dirty and comparable car washes have gotten it completely clean (without the noticeable scratches) even on their lower-grade washes. I got there around 4:30 PM and I guess that's a good time to show up: I drove right in without waiting. It's pretty cool they have a live cam view on their site so you can check the wait before you head over. (Right now it looks like there's a couple cars waiting for each wash lol) Some nitpicks and smaller thoughts: - i might have missed something obvious but IMO it'd be nice to have very clear signage as to which wash is which (brush versus touchless). - It'd be nice (and maybe easier to upsell people) if they gave a little more detail on the differences between the wash levels. (I didn't really interact with the kiosk except to enter the coupon code, so maybe that provides a bit more info)
