I didn't realize that I had spilled roughly half of my oil jug on my back seat for weeks.. I had a small spill on my other seat and thought the smell was just from that. I asked him if he could clean the spills up for me, and sure enough, it looks and smells great, and charged me less than the average detailing place would charge. I needed 2 oil spills clean up, and he did an incredible job, for a great price. He also included a last minute exterior detail as well, and did an incredible job with that too. They were able to schedule me for that Friday at a fantastic price. The young man showed up on time and immediately started working and didn't stop until the exterior and interior were completed. I was just totally blown away by how beautiful the total car looked. It looked like a brand new car!! He worked so hard and he was extremely meticulous. Every nook and cranny was spotless. I will definitely have Everett Lux Detailing return again. My daughter is going to be shocked.

Managed to give me a flat tire. (UPDATE BELOW) While power…read morewashing the exterior of my car, the power washer hit the valve stem on my tire and tore a hole in it. They told me it was flat when they started. It was driven the previous day and was in a closed garage. It was inflated the morning I took it out for them to wash. So, not only did they manage to tear the valve stem and render the car inoperable (it cannot hold ANY air, and patch kits don't seal valve stems) they lied about the cause. The quality of the cleaning doesn't matter if you manage to render a car inoperable while merely CLEANING IT. UPDATE : Vlad contacted me to offer to replace my tire in exchange for taking the review down. I refused and explained that the 1 star review isn't because of the mistake or damage, (replacing a valve stem is like $30 for a tire shop, or less) but rather because it clearly happened while they were working on it and they chose to deflect and mislead me about how it occurred. What followed was an absolutely insane text exchange that I am embarrassed to have entertained for far too long. I had to block his number eventually because he wouldn't quit trying to convince me he wanted to "make it right." News flash : Your chance to "make it right" was when it first happened and you decided it wasn't your problem. Vlad will "do the right thing" only when he has to personally face consequences.

Check out the photos. Dash looks great. 25 years of desert removed from the vents. Carpet & mats also look great considering the age. Not a hint of dog fur. Also no smell. No scents sprayed to cover anything up, like wet dog. Doesn't reek of cleaner or pine or lemon, which is perfect. Just smell like nothing inside, which is exactly what we wanted. Prompt with estimate and arrival for appointment. Communication was great. Reasonable pricing. We have other cars that need detailing. We will definitely be using his service again.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.
