But when you ask them to do repairs, and do them correctly, they don't help much. They will delay the repairs for as long as possible, and then send unqualified people to do the work. They don't care if children live in the apartment, so the need of good and speedy repair is necessary. The secretary, Kalli Grigoropoulos, who works for him is sweet, but then does not help much when you ask for it. The owner of some of the property they manage are no better. They once left a tenant with no heat during an entire winter. If you have any dealings with these people, do take notes, and record everything. Don't trust their smooth talk.
