She was very patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made great recommendations. If you don't have an appointment, I recommend calling before you head in. Only Chhaya was there on Saturday midday and she asked me to come after 12:30 because she'd be tied up in appointments until then. The salon itself is clean and she wore a mask the entire time. You can pay--including tip--on credit card. Threading cost $11. My old salon offered aloe, post-service, which was not offered here. But I live closeby enough that it was no big deal to apply some when I got home. It hurt about the amount that I expected and no bleeding, cuts, etc. It's great that they also have a punch card system. Happy to have found my go-to spot for threading!

The studio was clean, comfortable and super cool with the exposed brick and large loft windows. Jennifer was fun and easy to talk to about anything and everything. We easily hopped between conversation subjects while she painlessly microbladed and microshaded my brows. I literally felt nothing thanks to the numbing agent she applied throughout the service. At the end of the application, she handed me a mirror and I was over the moon with how amazing my brows looked. Even…read morewithout the pandemic, it feels like a chore trying to make it to all my different appointments, so whenever I visit my family in Atlanta, I look forward to getting everything done there. It not only saves me time and energy, but the staff has always been kind and attentive to me. The salon itself has a calm, uplifting vibe with ample amount of space to socially distance in the waiting area compared to most places, they send us consent forms via SMS so we can do it electronically from our own phones, they take our temperatures and require masks, and they seemed to have hand sanitizers at multiple areas throughout the salon for us as well. I felt pretty safe, which I can't say for every salon. I typically get a facial, lash lift, and brows shaped at Sweet and Lashful. Nancy can do it all in one go. Last week she introduced me to her hairdresser Joel who joined her staff and convinced me to try the "hair transformation package." I really love my cut and color.
