I questioned it multiple times over several weeks and even bought a pump for them. I asked employees on multiple occasions when it would be returned! No straight answers. I was being billed monthly for a gym I now wasn't using and a new speed bag could've been ordered immediately when I first complained for only $30. The gym went over 2 months without a speed bag and on my 4/5th complaint I said "why wouldn't you just get a new one " and they did. I asked to get credit for the 2 months or let me out of the contract and the response was simply " sorry ". Zero accountability and zero customer service. I asked to personally speak to the owner and she said she would. It's completely unacceptable; not to mention on several weekend occasions both toilets and bathrooms were disgusting. I can't believe how far customer service has fallen over 2 monthly payments of $25. This could've been an easy fix. The new updated ymca is around the corner and updated Chuze fitness with excellent rapport and customer service. Any business that would lose a client over $50 is not one I would ever recommend.

I have been training with Misty for a couple weeks now. I train with her twice a week. I have…read morenothing but good to say. Right away set me up on work out plan for the days I am on my own, that was great for my busy work life. Very simple and easy to manage. Sometimes these trainers can really overwhelm you with crazy work out regimens that just are not realistic to your lifestyle. She was great giving me something that seemed attainable, but not too easy. She also gave me a great nutrition plan that had plenty of options so that I didn't have to eat the same thing all the time. Our work outs have been a lot of fun. She has been great at making sure that I not only do the exercise right, but motivates me while I'm doing it. Which let's face it.. isn't that what we all want from a personal trainer? Someone who can motivate you to a better body. It doesn't hurt that she also plays some killer work out tunes while I'm sweating, swearing and swerving (during my supermans) my way to a killer bikini body. Works for me. So World Gym happens to be right across from my new digs. What I absolutely love about this Gym is that its never crowded, with the expection of Monday rush hour. It almost feels like you have your own personal gym. Its not intimidating but has plenty of equipment for the serious lifter. Tons of cardio and they do offer classes if your into that. Negatives: It does lack a dedicated decline barbell bench and hammer shrug machine. The locker rooms leave a lot to be desired. The prices are fairly competitive with other gyms in the area as well.
