For example, they bring a high water pressure hose, and the front of my house had cobwebs and spiderwebs all over it and I mentioned it; before they left, they cleaned the front of my house. I doubt that is something they do usually, but it was just a little something extra. that is an attitude of wanting to please the customer. I moved from California to Colorado last January 2025, and I had not washed the inside of my car or even wiped it down since then. Can you imagine how filthy it was with the last Colorado winter (which I drove through), getting in and out of the car, etc.? I mean it was filthy. And they made it look like it was coming off a lot. And somehow it just smells clean without smelling like fragrance--because I told them I don't like fragrance (I'm sure they would add a fragrance for you if you liked it). They literally made it smell like a new car! And the outside is sparkling like brand new. I had taken my car to those self-serve places several times so it wasn't as dirty as the inside, but they still made it look brand new. My neighbors came over to comment on how good my car looked! The most important thing you need to know is that they were so eager to do a good job. It is really hard to find people in service who have a great attitude.
