I brought my 2020 Subaru STI to these guys back in May 2021. I called on a Saturday morning and…read morethey were able to get me in for a complete detail on the same day. I dropped my car off around noon and picked it up around 4:30pm. They were actually done faster than I was originally told. In terms of cleaning quality, I was very satisfied. There was an amazing attention to detail and the end result far surpassed my expectations. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle, it was staged out front and ready to go. A couple additional positives I would like to note: 1. I would generally remove all belongings from my vehicle before leaving it with any automotive shop. On the instance I forgot to clean out my center console which had a few dollars in cash and my COVID vaccination card. When I received my vehicle, all my belongings were in my car. 2. I've dealt with shops in the past joy riding my vehicle. I admit it's a fun car and would probably do the same. I know for a fact that they did not joy ride my vehicle which I very respect. (I reset some data values on the vehicles computer before I leave it at shops so I can see if it is driven hard) The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my vehicle sustained minor damage to the front fender while it was in their hands. While this is frustrating, I understand that accidents happen. Chad was very respectful and responsible with resolving the situation. I'm relatively new to the area so I was happy to work with Chad's suggested body work shop. The body work shop communicated with Chad directly in terms of payment which made it all very easy for me. After I received my vehicle from the body shop, there was no evidence of any damage. Overall Finishing Glow does exceptional work and they're all very pleasant to do business with. Despite the damage sustained to my vehicle, I would be happy to return.

Excellent from beginning to end!…read more Working with Justin started with a quote request for interior detailing through Yelp! He responded right away, first with asking clarification in order to better gauge the scope of work and provide a more accurate estimate. Because the weather forecast called for rain he requested work at his location, which was fine if I could camp out, amd he had a spot. Unfortunately, for me, my effort to clear up scratches on the body of my vehicle went...poorly and my car had a lot of spots of dulled paint. This expanded the work effort, but his team was up for the challenge! I had a hard cutoff time, though, because I had an appointment with the car dealership that afternoon to turn in the leased vehicle. He did is best to lessen the glaring spots of dulled paint. I am 100% confident that if he had more time it would have turned out phenomenal. Justin's team gave me an outstanding outcome. The interior looked brand new. The carpets nice and clean, and the leather seats were beautiful. They cleaned up the tires, and the outside looked a thousand times better than what Ingave them to start. I thought the extra work would cost me an arm and a leg based on the advertised prices at other detailing companies. Instead, I got a bill that took my breath away--it was way more than reasonable. I definitely got the better end of the deal, plus an unexpected military veteran discount. We talked about tricks to clean out grime from the leather seats, car wraps, and other detailing aspects. I am definitely bringing my vehicle here.in the future!

I brought the car to get it cleaned. This is a car wash? Umm probably not the best sales tactic to gain new customers. He would not take NO for an answer. He kept trying to push me on shampoos, conditioners, shampooing my seats. I finally had to get stern with my answers. However, rest of staff was great. They did a good job! but they didn't vacuum the trunk. I took my vehicle in completely empty, except for floor mats to keep junk out of the way. Had they vacuumed the trunk I would've given 9.5 out of 10 stars deducting only for the front end sales confusion. They definitely need someone that can do sales better at the front end! Most likely will not return to this location.
