Brett came over about 15 minutes ahead of time and he promptly got to work. And man, did he work. For the next 6 hours he thoroughly cleaned and polished my car, both inside and out. He even did the hidden spaces in the trunk to make sure there was no dog hair anywhere (there was a lot). I couldn't find a dog hair anywhere. My car looks showroom new after two years of use. Which tracks because Brett worked at car dealership for years doing this exact thing. He knows the best products and techniques to get your car looking amazing. And, he's a great guy. I can't recommend Brett highly enough. Super guy, super detailed and loves what he does. He also does just car washes, instead of detailing, so no more going to the car wash and having my wax stripped off. All from the convenience of my home.

I'n leaving a review today specifically because I immediately noticed the man working the pre-wash. He was working his butt off on every single car with the same level of detail. I've been coming here for years and have never had anyone do such a thorough job pre-washing my truck. I watched him do the same for the truck in front of me and the car behind me. I can't imagine how many cars he sees in a day and still maintains that level of service. I found out his name is Linell. Hats off to you sir- you do not have an easy job and you do Phenomenal work!

These guys brought it back to life. Huge shoutout to Eugene, who took time out of his July 4th holiday just to assess the full scope of what was needed. That kind of dedication is rare and says a lot about the level of service here. Diego also did an incredible job. He went above and beyond with the detail work, especially given how challenging some of the paint condition was. He didn't take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it's been given a second chance. I'm genuinely impressed and grateful for the care they put into this job. Highly recommend this team if you want detailing done right.

And now everytime I start my car I have to get it jumped by someone since they drained my brand new battery. Nick the manager wasn't helpful at all and doesn't take blame for anything. Management change would help this company out ALOT. And the job itself was rushed and I had a lot of tint that wasn't even cut off correctly.

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I had to come back four different times…read morejust to get my window tint done correctly. The first time, I showed up for my appointment only to find out the tint technicians weren't even there. No one bothered to call or let me know beforehand, so I wasted my time driving there. The second time, the tint was installed with large gaps along the sides of the windows. It was obvious the job wasn't done properly. The third time, they corrected the gaps but installed the wrong tint percentage altogether. The fourth time, I had to go back yet again so they could finally install the correct tint percentage. To make matters worse, even with a scheduled appointment, they kept my car for more than four hours each visit. Appointments didn't seem to make any difference, and it was incredibly inconvenient to be without my vehicle for that long every single time. While they eventually fixed the issues, it should never take four visits to complete a window tint job correctly. Between the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated mistakes, and excessive wait times, the entire experience was frustrating and a huge waste of my time. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, but I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop.
