Second visit was when the original wrap needed replacing after 6 years. Again I got to pick a color that appealed to me which looked just like the original wrap. They had a hard time getting old wrap off of the roof and worked late to get it done before my rental went into its fourth day. It still looks a little odd with the dichromate bumper but I still like it that way. Now my six year old Prius looks brand new again. So much for the lifetime guarantee he claims to have. Horrible business, horrible customer service, horrible product and horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
