It was a Saturday afternoon for me, so I walked into the restaurant and placed an order to go. The young lady behind the bar, took my order. She was extremely friendly and very informative. I ordered a beef taco, a steak taco, an order of nachos and rice and beans. The nachos were the star of the show. They were delicious because the beef was seasoned well and the toppings were fresh. I enjoyed the tacos, but they were missing something. The seasoning weren't as bold and they didn't give me any sauce green or red salsa to put on my tacos. The rice and beans were pretty good, but they could've used a little more seasoning. I'm gonna check this place out again in September but next time I'll dine in so standby for part two. The jury is still out on this one.

Shortly after we received our appetizer and then our main course. The part owner of the restaurant also came over to apologize and mentioned that the soup, bread and appetizer will be on them. After finishing our main course, we ordered a dessert. Our waiter mentioned that the dessert as well will be on them. This is truly excellent customer service!! I have never had 2 managers to apologize and to be so nice to offer complimentary items. I love Season 52 in Orland Park and will continue to frequent this restaurant. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. They focus on fresh healthy foods which I appreciate. I would expect a flower delivery service to at least drop off the flowers at the right place. Hours went by without the flowers being found. I had to call several departments speaking to different people just to locate the flowers myself and then beg a facility receptionist to help. They ended up calling maintenance to drive a cart to take it to the right department which was an entire block away. This flower shop also needs to keep Joann away from new clients. At first, she comes across friendly but that wears off very quickly. She gets extremely rude, sarcastic and impatient. When I called the day before my delivery to confirm the details, she picked up very annoyed and ran me off the phone saying "I have it all down correct now stop calling!" Aside from the terrible customer service, I wouldn't have felt the need to write a negative review if they had just dropped off the flowers where I asked and tried to confirm several times. It was 5:45, I didn't have a reservation, a they didn't have a table available until 7:30 but there were spots at the bar which they said was full service. My friend and I cozied up to it and ate there. What a surprisingly good experience. The staff was super friendly and that bartenders had great suggestions. I hate when people at the restaurant say everything is good. Not these young ladies. They made some sound suggestions which we followed. French onion soup and the steak frites were both excellent and priced well IMO. They have a really good whiskey/bourbon selection with a few hard to find bottles. I settled on a Blantons neat. They had Pappy, but I'm not wasting money on that anymore. Food came out quickly and we ate and watched a baseball game. The locals at the bar told us about their membership program where I guess for a small mo they fee you get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate once a month. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I don't live anywhere near there, but if I did I'd certainly join. In any case, if you live anywhere close, this is definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit. Seems like there were quite a few singles there as well if you are looking to meet someone. I have no idea what the dating scene is like in Lemont, but this might be a good spot to try.
