The cashier asked another employee to come over to help - this other employee was stocking some items & would not come over. The line kept growing. After at least 10 minutes, the cashier asked this employee again to come over & help - the checkout line had about 6 customers waiting. Reluctantly, this employee finally came over to assist - she was not friendly or apologetic - she acted like we, the customers, were a nuisance. And that is what shopping at Ollie's is like.

Unfortunately, I went on Joe, the owner's off day, so I didn't get a chance to say hi to him, but his staff is always warm and friendly. I dig the amount of Star Wars memorabilia he has, along with all the other toys, collectible card games, tabletop games, and of course, the pinball machines. He also has new Comics weekly along with some back issues, stickers, supplies, and some really great statues. They run Magic the Gathering nights and other gaming functions please jump on their Facebook page to see their schedule. If you're looking for collectible card games singles, they also have probably one of the largest supplies in Northeast Ohio. Check out the 55 pictures I shot. Anytime I shoot 55 pictures tells me that there's so much goodness in there that I can't make up my mind which pictures to shoot. We appreciate the support that they've given us over years. Went by…read morebefore my flight back home and arrived at noon but the arcade doesn't open up til 2pm but the owner of Kidforce was there and opened it up for me to flip in early which was super generous. The machines also played really well and had a good mix from solid states through the latest Stern release, The Uncanny X-Men. Had a great time on the machines which range from $0.50 to $1 a play and even put up some initials. Definitely a fun spot to flip at and they also have video games. The owner mentioned to me that they are getting their liquor license soon so you'll be able to have a beer while you flip in the future!

Ok if work is ahead of me I accept that. because of my repeated calls I was told they would move me up on the list to have the tech make a diagnostic evaluation on it which never ever happened. Then after that it was BS about having to build some "special diagnostic software" to access the ethernet port on the back of the amplifier or equipment to make an assessment. they told me they couldn't get enough information from the manufacturer or off the Internet. I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.
