I had the absolute worst experience with this escrow company. Firstly, they somehow "lost" our initial wire for our purchase. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to call Annie/Lisa to try to resolve the issue during my own work hours and they were rude and accusatory over the phone, making me feel like it was my fault they couldn't find the wire.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They of course found it themselves a few hours later with no new information, so the fire drill was for nothing. We ended up cancelling our transaction and I specifically asked for the refund check to be mailed with a tracking number. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Annie said that would be fine and then proceeded to send the check with no tracking number, and claimed they could not spend the money on fedex/priority mail.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall they were unresponsive to phone calls and completely incompetent at their job.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible experience from the get go. I'm a broker and agent of many years but the experience with this escrow was a nightmare. Nothing done on time, have to request items several times from several people. Cary constantly forgot what he had to do. Offered to help with short sale process but was of no help what so ever. If you need your deal done, go somewhere else, if you want to beg for your deal to close and get done, go here. All the people part of the transaction were upset with me for choosing this escrow. I have been involved in several real estate transactions in the past 10 years and this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The escrow officer continually failed to return calls or when he did make a call, it was to the wrong interested party. Obligations that were to be paid in escrow were not paid and my agent had trouble getting paid her commission. I was forced to deal with this company because the seller chose this escrow company, but I would never choose to do business with this company in the be future and would never recommend anyone else to do so either. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They are HORRIBLE !!! read more
