My recent selection and business dealings with Platinum One Escrow (POE) proved to be a fantastic…read morechoice. I've heard many stories (via family and friends) about various escrow companies that "dropped the ball" at crucial points within the escrow process; thereby, causing a domino effect with delays. However, the team at POE impressed me with their "proactive approach" to solving potential problems. The team was kind, courteous, and very thorough about explaining the entire transaction to me. (They're true professionals with a complete understanding of the business.) In my case, the property was placed in a revocable Trust with incorrect information. We contacted our trust attorney to determine a possible solution that would prevent a delay in escrow. However, our attorney gave a bleak prognosis which may have caused our property to go into probate (an eight to 12-month delay). I was terrified of that possibility and immediately contacted the Escrow Officer (Dorine) at POE. She along with her team attained the appropriate information pertaining to the situation and in turn developed an action plan that avoided probate - we were elated! Furthermore, she was able to rectify the "disconnect" between the trust and deed which was created by our family. This is just one example of how POE found a way to make things happen in spite of the various unknowns associated with property being in escrow. POE ensured our escrow experience was transparent, complete, and as smooth as possible. Therefore, I give Platinum One Escrow a perfect score and would recommend them to my family and friends without any reservations.
