They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.

It is unclear what relationship this individual had to Scott Graves; however, what was clear is that this individual had no professional involvement regarding the home being sold. This event demonstrates a tremendous lack of professionalism on the part of Scott Graves. Now, if this is the type of realtor you are interested in retaining, by all means, use Scott Graves. However, if you would prefer a realtor that is professional and competent, there are many, many realtors in the Raleigh-Durham-RTP (Research Triangle Park) area for you to choose from.
