They treat you like a king. So that all said I'll probably go there once a month to fulfill a special need. Like yesterday, I was looking for a smoked pork shanks to make bean soup and the head exactly what I want the price was easily within the price at local food stores.

Gosh, I didn't know what I was missing. This is a true IYKYK! Once you have visited Horrocks, you will return for life. This is a magnificent, rustic, unique, expansive establishment that offers a cornucopia of items. From floral, to meats, cheeses, wine, speciality items, fruits, snacks, vegetables, hard-to-find items and more. There is so much more! Things that stood out even though I loved everything about this place: -the vast selection of canisters of olive oils -the vast array of different varieties of balsamic vinegars (amazing!) -house made items in every area -house made popcorn with so many flavors, so fresh. -the many, many homemade soups: probably around 20 different kinds and delicious. -a ramen bar, what? -bakery -pizzeria -exotic fruits and vegetables and regulars ones too -the wine bar: sip while you shop. -house-made sausages and cheeses -house-made jams, jellies, local honey -extensive variety of spices, herbs, flour and grains - great service, very helpful. In fact the manager claimed I never made the order and no hold was placed on my debit card. When I proved those things did happen, she actually said, "Do you want to cancel your order and shop the order yourself?" Trying to stay calm, I asked "Can I use the money you have on hold?" NOPE! Going to take up to seven business days to unlock. So, if you want to shop where incompetent people run the shop, be my guest. I'll never shop there again.
