This fresh liquid is like a clove bomb. I put it in a reusable spray bottle and haven't looked back at the popular brand I used to buy as it's more cost effective. It's my daily go-to cleaner for tables, chairs, counters floor spills and the like. I use other products for deep cleaning or if, say, I spill a bag of raw chicken everywhere, but MamaSuds makes a very competitive product locally that other, more popular brands cannot beat, either with price or effectiveness. A thorough review of the contents to be moved versus the cursory review by competitors. 2.A competitive price. 3.Our things were moved in dedicated trucks and not mixed in with other people's stuff. 4. Honestly about damages: a table literally fell apart during packing and the crew pointed it out to me rather than concealing it. 5. No high pressure sales tactics. 6. The guys were patient with my wife repositioning furniture at the destination. 7. Nothing was broken although we had quite a few minor dings in furniture. 8. Crews showed up on time at both ends of the trip. Negatives include: 1.No formal acknowledgement of payment. They were almost offensively anxious to get the final payment even though the third and final truck had not arrived. 2. Loss of focus at the end of the day: We did a walkthrough at the end of the loading process. Every time we found something that needed to go into the truck, the guy leading the walkthrough took it out, chatted with the guys on the truck, and then we would lose our place. This resulted in a few things being left behind. At delivery, the guys took down a door to get furniture into the basement but never put it up again. They also left a moving blanket and personal items belonging to one of the guys. The items were eventually restored to their owner. 3. Not mentioning messes or problems. After the truck left I found that one of our toilets was plugged with toilet paper, paper towels, and human waste from someone that was apparently ill. Fortunately, I found the problem and was able to unplug the toilet and clean things up so this mess was not left for our cleaning crew. I think I would have responded calmly to this if I had been told about it. I can appreciate that it would have been embarrassing to report this to me. I'm human too.

My bed was not put together, my box springs is in the garage because they couldn't get it up the stairs claiming the hallway was too narrow. I have a bookcase that they couldn't maneuver so it is on the first floor landing. So I hired (2) guys to come out and do the work that these guys couldn't do. I ordered, blinds, shades, shutters for my entire home…read more The shutters I wanted were double hung. bottoms can close independently from the top and the top can be left open for air flow with the bottom closed for privacy. The woman who came out to take my order did not understand my request and I got window shutters that were all one piece with just the louvers able to move (there was no separation in the shutters). When I called and spoke to the owner, she understood what I wanted/requested and said since most people don't order that type of shutter her salesperson was unfamiliar with them. In order to resolve the issue, she ordered what I did want, and I had to pay the difference as they were more expensive. No concession was ever made by the owner in terms of customer service or my additional wait. In addition to the shutters being wrong, the shade I ordered for my kitchen window was the wrong size as the salesperson mis-measured. The initial order I made took over 3 months to come in and then I had to wait several more months. No concession was ever made for this either. So finally, the new shutters came in and were hung. They were exactly what I requested except they were cheap quality and there is over a 1 inch vertical gap right down the middle of the shutters. I asked the installer why there was such a large gap, and he blamed it on my window frame and made it obvious he was annoyed with my complaint. I called the owner and sent a picture and told her I was very unhappy. She basically said unless I could send her a picture of what I wanted and had in a previous home she could not help me. She also claimed to have called her manufacturers, and they all said they were unfamiliar with what I wanted. So, the end of the story, no concessions were ever made to me, no money ever refunded and I hate the shutters. I will now need to spend more money to replace the awful shutters that I have on two very large windows. They look absolutely awful.

They certainly seem to operate with the fly-by-night business model. Their Livonia warehouse looks like a total dive. My wife and I ordered furniture back in March of 2013, and and as of October 2013 we have not received the completed set. They stopped returning calls and e-mails. I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.
