As we walked in, we were greeted by the employee behind the counter and a variety of jerky options in the case and along the walls. I tried a handful of samples before it dawned on me that the flavors and products seemed so familiar. I was completely oblivious that there were photos and references to their original location in Bishop (which I visited previously and really liked). I got a 1/4 lb of the sweet and spicy brisket to snack on and it made an excellent driving snack.
