She does real bodywork and found the points in my shoulder that were giving me issues all the way down to my wrist and hand. After that first hour, I decided it was worth coming back for 90 minutes at a time to allow for this more targeted work as well as get a full-body massage, which combined deep tissue, stretch and more traditional Swedish techniques.
