Based on an appointment reminder text, I arrived at the salon for a 10:15 haircut. When I arrived I was told that my time slot was at 9:00 and the door was closed in my face. Later that day, the owner, Denise Pukas, called me at home and was extremely hostile. She told me that it wasn't Mahogany's responsibility to put down the correct time on the reminder text. Really?
