Terrible sound check! Kept struggling to hear lyrics of great folk rock icon Poco. If you're booking this venue bring your own sound pros.

Atmosphere at Vero

Vero finally has IT! The perfect restaurant that has incredible ambience and incredible food!…read more From the moment we walked in the service was absolute perfection. Waters were always refilled, incredible wait staff (shout out to Taylor!) and we even got to speak to the owner and chef. I felt transported to another city the moment I stepped into the restaurant. Beautiful decorations and live piano music from a musician. However, as wonderful has that all was, what stood out was the FOOD!!! We started out with the octopus and friend's got the tuna. Absolutely stunning dishes. Both of them. My octopus was perfectly cooked with a beautiful sauce underneath. For my entree I tried the lamb and my husband got the filet. Again, two perfectly executed proteins with sides that perfectly complimented the flavors. The combination of parsnip puree and romesco sauce with the lamb was divine. Starting Sept 1 they will have specialty cocktails. I will be back! Honestly, I don't know how you go anywhere else for dinner after coming here. I loved it so much.

The filet was perfect, and the Pear Pockets were better than at Dario Trattoria! We came a second time on October 8, 2026. Brought good friends who had never been here. What an amazing time! Our food: Incredible Tomato Bisque with an incredible Mozzarella topping; Three filets and a rack of lamb were fantastic! Finishing the evening was the best Hazelnut Creme Brulee I've ever had, and I used to live in Paris! This was superior! Overall, we enjoyed coming to Atmosphere. Kudos to Chef Michael. Our server was Ava. We will be back! Dr. Brian R Bennett

We just completed our stay at the Kimpton and we had a great time! The food experience at Heaton's…read morewas incredible every day we at there. Cobalt was the fine dining option. We had dinner there one night and other than getting too adventurous with the Wagyu Ribeye cap on a hot stone, our meal was great. Breakfast at Cobalt both mornings was delicious as well. Pool was small, but fit us perfectly for a couple's trip. I could see it getting crowded when children. The beach area was small and secluded, but service was great. We were upgraded to a King Studio Suite which was extremely generous and welcomed due to us celebrating my wife's birthday along with some other things. Front desk was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Walking distance to several other local favorites. Being able to fly into Vero Regional and have a quick Uber to the hotel was also an added benefit. Would definitely entertain staying here again.

Shout out to Cassie, Rosie and Joey with Valet who remembered Bailey's name immediately. We were offered champagne at check in and given a nice map of the grounds. The resort itself is a little on the older side but all the amenities are still well kept. With my IHG status, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some sweets. The room was clean and had a huge dining room and kitchen area. It had all the essentials for a homey and comfortable stay. We loved that there were dog treats and little gift pouches in the reception area. The pool area is big and had pleasant lounge chairs. The gym is missing a trendmill, there are bikes for cardio but not great options. The restaurant we had breakfast at was pretty good. The chicken and waffles was amazing and the bagel sandwich was delicious.
