Obtaining an appointment was spot on as they were available the next day and I arrived within the two window that was promised. The technician, Danny, inspected my water softener, OM and disposal and gave me recommendations on maintain these items and doing additional research for obtaining parts for my OM system. I appreciate his honesty and recommendations. The water heater unit was in good condition, and his recommendations gave me a better ideal of future service. Alden was super nice and friendly, and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He didn't mind that I was hovering over him and watching the work, and I even learned some stuff. This guy deserves a raise! A&R bills for TIME, so you're being charged really fairly. They even helped me communicate to my property manager that the issue didn't originate in my apartment and I was able to negotiate a reimbursement for the cost of the services.
