I arrived a few minutes before class started and noticed how spacious, clean, and zen it was inside. I liked how I already felt relaxed before class even started. Our instructor was great! She was very relaxing and guided us through all the different poses. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable and the hour flew by rather quickly. My mind cleared up significantly after we were done. I'm so glad I stopped by. I would definitely recommend this studio for those who would like to take an hour out of their day to destress.

I signed up for the promotional membership for $49 for unlimited classes for 15 days. I have been to 3 classes and loved each class. The studio is pretty and clean. The people I have met there are very sweet and kind. I've and Travis were the instructors I met and they are both lovely people. There is parking on the street in front and a parking lot in the back. I am excited to continue on and rebuild my strength and trust in my body. I feel safe here.

I arrived a couple minutes before class and walked right in right as a group just finished theirs. The studio is extremely spacious and clean. Right when I placed my mat down, the instructor instructed me to pick up a few items in the studio to use for class. I felt very relaxed the entire time and her voice was also very calming. I liked that I was able to stretch out my back since I was sore from working out the previous day. She also helped me with some of the poses since she knew it was my first time there, which I appreciated. The studio is located in the heart of downtown. There is street parking available, but I parked in the parking lot right around the corner that is free. I would come back in the future to try out other classes.

Pink Salt Wellness has been a welcoming, inclusive, and empowering studio for me as a newcomer. The "wellness" component is not in name only, but has been a part of every class/practice I have completed so far there. I appreciate the emphasis on breath and intention in addition to poses. Teachers have been good at offering modifications in a way that doesn't single out individual students, and they emphasize that each individual's yoga practice is personal to their body. As a plus sized woman who is using yoga as a part of my journey to better health, I have felt included and encouraged to push myself in a safe and joyful manner. I feel very grounded and encouraged to improve my practice each day that I show up to the mat. I am still in my first month here, but I highly recommend Carmela's classes. She immediately learned my name and checked in with me about my skill and confidence level, and I feel like I come away a little stronger each class period. I also have enjoyed Femme Flow, which has helped a lot with my tight hip flexors and weak core.
