I don't think so. But, If you download the MINDBODY app, you can see all of the instructors and the classes they teach. There you can also sign up for a trial. I love it.

The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. Thank you, Jen, and the rest of the IMX Studio team!

For someone who dislikes exercise, getting sweaty and waking up early, IMX Pilates has completely changed the way I feel and think about exercise. This form of fitness is perfect for me who has chronic aliments like a bad back/knee, weak shoulder, sensitive tailbone and hurt foot. Movements can be modified to your level or current condition. It can be challenging if you push yourself. It's a full body low impact workout that works your whole body and muscles you didn't even know existed! I can attest that my physical weaknesses before going to Pilates have either healed or strengthened. When I had rotator cuff surgery, Pilates was a great rehab exercise. The best part are the instructors esp the owner. She knows you by name and makes a point to make sure your form is correct, and nothing is too overwhelming or hard. She has hired some amazing instructors who truly love teaching and doing Pilates. They won't teach anything they wouldn't do themselves. And EVERY class is different. You never will be bored! The studio is exceptionally clean; the reformers are spaced out well (not cramped); the equipment is well cared for and lots of options for hand weights, wedges, cushions to accommodate your back, head etc.. and its not difficult to get a spot in class if you register in a timely manner. It's been one of the best commitments I have ever made.

I made a few calls to PT offices where no one picked up or they informed me the next appointment would be over a month from now. I needed a visit as soon as I could. I called Ascend PT and Gina immediately picked up, listened to my situation and quickly booked me in to be seen within a few days. Gina is very professional and personable. She made me feel very comfortable right away and gave top quality care. I felt immediate relief after she worked on my neck and gave me exercises to work on. At this point, I have seen so many physical therapists throughout my life and Gina is quite competent. Substantial progress was made each visit and I would leave visits feeling refreshed and pain free. Meanwhile, at other places, I would be in pain for several months before seeing any progress. After seeing Gina for a month and a half, I was 90% recovered and after three months, I feel so refreshed and able to do all my regular exercise routines and activities. I was dealing with a whiplash injury that left me constantly dizzy, unable to function normally, and struggling with sleep. It was significantly impacting my daily life. After about two months of working with Gina, I've made substantial progress. I'm finally having good days again, which at one point felt out of reach. She has a deep understanding of the body and knows exactly which muscles to target to drive real improvement. What sets her apart is how she integrates her physical therapy expertise with Pilates--something traditional PT often lacks by not addressing the body as a whole. Gina's approach is truly unique and highly effective. I'm very grateful for her help. Her office is organized and perfect for Pilates training.

She explains and demonstrates everything clearly, and she's always paying attention to form and positioning, making corrections when needed so I feel like I get the most out of each movement. What really stands out to me is her energy. Her voice is so calming and soothing, and she has such a grounded presence. And not in a sleepy or low energy kind of way. Somehow she strikes the perfect balance between making you work hard and making the class feel smooth and enjoyable. By the end of every class, I always feel like I got the perfect workout. I also loved the plank challenge, it was tough but so motivating! Stone is truly a breath of fresh air, and I always look forward to her classes. The studio is beautiful as well, it's always clean, welcoming, and just a good atmosphere overall.

I contacted the studio in late February to cancel/suspend my membership, yet the charges continued. When I followed up after noticing the continued billing, I sent multiple emails to both the local studio and corporate explaining that I had already attempted cancellation and was disputing the ongoing charges. The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability and constant back-and-forth between the studio and corporate, with each side redirecting me elsewhere while billing continued month after month. Even if they claim they don't have a record of the original call, they absolutely had written notice for months that there was an active dispute regarding these charges. Despite repeated good-faith efforts on my part to resolve the issue professionally, it still has not been properly addressed. The classes themselves may be great, but customer service and membership cancellation handling have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing immediately if you ever need to cancel or suspend your membership.

I came to the studio and granted I should have arrived early to acclimate myself I arrived on time. The class was already seated and I walked into the studio with my things. Before the instructor said hi she said you can't wear your shoes in here. Ok but what happens now she saw my confused look and directed me to the lobby I put my shoes away and my things then she went to the front of the class I had to ask a student about a mat and props. I set myself up and class went on and it was fine. After class I was rolling up my strap and someone told me I was rolling it wrong. Ok so I unrolled what I had already rolled up and started how he instructed another student pointed out ' we all help each other' ok great so then I rolled up my matt and yet another student points out I need to clean it. Which I would do but I didn't immediately see any cleaner available several other students then chimed in you need to clean your mat. Yes fine but how? Nobody really knew so then I guess that a table set up near me was for that purpose. All of these practices are fine. But I would be nice to instruct people before hand so they don't feel like everything they do is wrong and feel like everything they do is wrong. I am unsure if I would return here again it seems like these students have been together for awhile and maybe they don't want new people. ‍

I understand why no man would ever set foot in this studio. They would cry. I kept going despite the pain, yet I feel stronger in the end. She was kind to guide and correct my form quietly. It was intense on the first try with pilates experience. This was more like a level 3 reformer. I would go back if I became stronger and leaner after six months of doing pilates consistently. The studio was nice and clean with a spacious cubby and a single-use restroom. Highly recommend wearing grip socks before you come to class. The girls that work there constantly have attitudes, act bothered when you ask questions, and are honestly just very unhelpful.
