I had a scheduled appointment with Hunter to have some landscaping completed. On the day of I called him 20 minutes after he was supposed to be onsite (he answered the phone sounding like he was still asleep, giving an excuse that he moved an hour and a half away the night before and would be a couple hours late). 2 1/2 hours later I receive a VM giving me another excuse as to why he could not keep his prior commitment (because it would not be beneficial to him as there was another customer that had a job that was paying more!) But that he found a solution and could come out 1/2 week later. I have over 17 years of customer services and never once treated / nor been treated in the manner that I did from "The Earnest Chop"...
