Asking for more sauce only got me cold sauce. Through many mediocre attempts I've decided boneless wings aren't my thing. Mostly factory made, fried too many times, and sauced by the restaurant. Better alternative was Sauced split (almost a paillard) tenders. I think this will be my next meal here. Tenders double sauced in the Buffalo sauce. And, I'll be skipping the Caesar Salad that we ordered on this visit. Kitchen, it's not a "Caesar" if the ingredients aren't true to the original recipe. I'd probably be all over a higher start rating if this attempt to avoid double fried (at least on my side) was acceptable. We both took a bite and pushed the salad away to the other side of the table. Find an old recipe from Mexico and correct it.

It literally had bacon on the bottom and top of the patties...it was amazing. I think I told my wife 3 times, "There really has bacon on the top AND BOTTOM of this thing!" Patties were perfectly seasoned, vegetables were fresh, cheese was melty, freaking chef's kiss baby! This burger hit the spot. I paired it with the mac and cheese, solid option to have as a side other than fries. The patty and bread were the perfect match. The bacon was thick and crispy. Everything came together to make it really delicious. But, if I'm honest, the highlight of my meal was the sweet potato fries. They were nice and crispy. But, what put them over the top was a generous sprinkle of sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla powder. That combination was positively addicting. I blindly ate all of them, which is very unusual for me. I normally eat about 6 or 8 fries and give the rest away.
