Everyone was so sweet. I had a Cajun stew and it was absolutely delicious! I definitely will go back and try more food

We went in for barbecue, but they don't sell it anymore. We ended up ordering the burgers and fries, which were good.

It is very rustic which made it feel super authentic It is owned by a family husband and wife. I wish I asked for her name all smiles she greeted us and I decided to get the 3 meat combo which I picked the cordon bleu, the chicken schnitzel and the pork schnitzel and I still added the wurst curry. For the sides I got the sauerkraut and the potato salad. My friend got the chicken schnitzel with the cabbage and French fries Let me start by saying it is CHEAP!! My plate is $21.50! It is huuuge! Me the one who can eat a lot! I couldn't even tackle half of it! It definitely can feed easily 2 hungry people! Everything tasted amazing! The cordon bleu though is next next level! I so wish it is closer to me I would just go have lunch there every single Saturday! Also it is true when service is friendly the whole experience becomes better! This lady is pure joy... she is always laughing! After the meal we were outside and she came out playing a bit with her son. It was so sweet to watch! Now this place is on my list of taking visitors... friends... whoever gets in my car going towards this area for a day trip!

Chicken and Pork schnitzel was devoured served with brown gravy on the side. Bratwursts galore. The best thing we had was the sausage curry!!!! Must order! Wish they had spatzle, but their cucumber salad and homemade sauerkraut was good.. Had Apple & Cherry strudel. We brought our dogs, but it isn't a great place for animals as the land over the bridge was full of sticker burrs and it's close to the busy road. Overall, Prost to a Hill Country find. We were able to BYOB.

It's the perfect spot to meet up with friends--kids can shoot hoops while parents relax and catch up on a beautiful Texas day. Inside, the historic brewery and tasting room blends Hill Country charm with rustic-modern touches and a bit of baseball flair. The beer is always cold, the wine selection is great, and the staff is consistently friendly with quick service. Free Roam is our go-to spot for events, casual meetups, and making new connections.

However, during the Super Bowl halftime, the broadcast was switched to a different program (Turning Point) instead of the official Super Bowl halftime show. This was very disappointing, especially since this was a paid event and there was no prior notice that the halftime show would not be shown. When we asked about the change and requested a partial refund due to the lack of transparency, the owner's wife refused to discuss the concern and appeared upset that we even asked. When the owner, Jeremy, became involved, the situation escalated. He stated that because we are minorities, it didn't matter, and told us that it was his business and that they didn't need our business. We felt disrespected, insulted, and belittled based on our race and appearance. This experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. We chose to leave early because of how the situation was handled. It's unfortunate because the event started off well, but respectful communication, transparency, and treating all customers with dignity should be a priority for any business.
