This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Our fist encounter, I believe, was when we scheduled a deep clean of our property in preparation for selling. This team is very hard working and got it done. They cleaned the windows, inside and out. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the window ledges and tracks which looked brand new on a 20 year old home! We were grateful to Healthy Homes because the team cleaned every surface, crevice and corner, including the fans, vents, walls, behind and below the appliances. The bathrooms were pristine. We were delighted that the high touch surfaces were sanitized and all the fingerprints removed. They power washed the garage. They cleaned our crystal service, by hand, and returned them to a sparkling clean china cabinet. Since that time, we have scheduled regular cleanings, window washing, and several "Deep Cleans." Another plus, especially in comparison to other home cleaners, is that the cleaning products they use never overstimulate the olfactory and they leave no residue. The prices are reasonable and very competitive. Mid April we had our most recent "Deep Clean" and Window Cleaning of a home we sold. The home was a mess as it had not been serviced by Healthy Homes for about a year. We had movers, realtors, inspections, and several other people in the house during this time and every single person expressed their amazement at how well these guys clean. They come right in and immediately get to work. There is literally no down time for them. I've had cleaners come that sit and take a break after only being here less than 30 minutes. They leave 1 1/2 hours later and after a few hundred dollars leaving my house only half clean -- and I do not have a large home! These people are amazing and the price is fabulous and well worth it! I'll definitely have them back.
