    Classic King (Blue) room

Husband and I came for a weekend getaway. Everything was great. I had a facial and he got a massag both very relaxing. Hotel is conveniently located and parking is abundant. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This Inn is beautiful! They are pet-friendly, which we loved! They welcomed us to their apartments, and we stayed in a lovely and spacious apartment. We had plenty of room to put down their toys and the bed was comfy and it was nicely decorated! The courtyards, and rooftop deck were divine! The solarium was beautiful, the couches outside and the spa were amazing and clean!! we absolutely LOVED our couples massage! They were the best! The hydrotherapy bath was amazing and therapeutic! It was quiet and peaceful! We loved that they had water readily available in the lobby and wharehouse to fill our water bottles. It was so nice to have the boys with us and they enjoyed the stay! We highly recommend this Inn for a romantic and pet-friendly getaway! And the location you cannot beat! You are in walking distance of everything in the town.

4th floor lounge no description necessary but believe me it's even nicer then it looks.

Let me start by saying I am not employed by The Inn and I am not related to anyone there. That said there aren't enough stars here for me to be able to describe how incredible my four day stay was at this beautiful Inn.You feel the charm as soon as you walk through the front door. The next thing that blew me away was how genuinely friendly and helpful EVERY member of the staff was.Like A parent trying to choose between their favorite child it is impossible.Again I really am not getting paid for this. All the beds and furnishings were certainly picked out by someone with great taste. The 4th floor lounge and rooftop garden were such great places to hang out. Now for the piece de resistance. What good is an Inn & Spa without A great masseuse?Again this spa blows it out of the park.Since every masseuse I had there were amazing.I had booked myself three massages in three days and then couldn't leave my last day without getting one more.Anyone who knows massages knows within the first minute if there masseuse knows what they are doing. In this case it only took seconds. From the spiritual to the physiological they were perfect. After A rough couple of weeks I gave myself A present and A little break and booked myself here for few days and am now ready to do it again.I really left there being the best of myself.AND NO I AM NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS REVIEW!!! PS. You have until January 1st to get Meghan A nice shower gift

I booked a weekday inn and spa package for a momma-free getaway. The newly built inn had such a unique charm & every thoughtful detail made the experience all the better. It is walking distance to all the Main Street boutiques and local restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even remembered my name whenever I walked through the front lobby. The room itself was quaint and so peaceful. My room had a comfortable queen bed and a smaller tv, but that wasn't an issue for me. There were plenty of toiletries, robes, and towels at hand. On the top floor there is a solarium and a roof top that is a beautiful spot to hang out. During my stay there was a sunset roof top yoga! Such a wonderful way to end the day. During my stay I was able to book a massage and facial (unfortunately I cannot recall the names of the esthetician & masseuse). Both treatments were extremely relaxing...hopefully I didn't snore during any of my appointments. The continental breakfast was perfect! It felt very European: some cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants, boiled eggs & organic yogurt. You can take your breakfast back to your room or upstairs to the solarium. There isn't a sauna, hot tub, or a spa sitting area, but I was aware of this ahead time & would come back for another relaxing stay. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

I come to beacon often but I stayed at the Inn and Spa for the first time this weekend. I accidentally left my card key in my room and I was unable to enter the hotel when I returned after a night out. The door was locked I saw no one at the front desk. There was supposedly a sign post stating " "Hotel Guests Use Key Card For Entry Late Arrivals Or For Information Please Contact 845.205.2900". Not only did I not see this sign but to me it doesn't make it clear that someone would answer even though I saw no one at the phones. After sometime had passed I called an uber and stayed at a friend's house. Very embarrassing moment. The next day I took another uber to return to hotel in the morning to get my belongings. I told the person at the front desk and they said they would like into it. I never heard back. I wrote a review here and still heard nothing back. I heard back from them on a review from hotel.com and they said they would look into and they apologized. I called 3 more times and nothing. Today I got a email from the manager with $100 refund offer. When I said this not acceptable since the hotel cost me $300 a night and $75 in uber fees and I would write an additional review they threatened legal action against me (i changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star). Please see email below.

Rooftop, enjoy the coffee and breakfast here!

Had an amazing night and two days staying at the Inn. It was my first time in Beacon, NY and it is such a cute town to escape to, especially if you are used to the city life. I loved how fresh and new the decor was at the Inn. The rooms were stocked with pellegrino and plenty of towels and the softest spa robes. The room had a Murphy style bed which was perfect for a little morning yoga in the room. I had a wonderful sleep and enjoyed the complimentary tea and shortbread cookies very much. The roof top was beautiful and the outdoor terrace was perfect for your morning cup of coffee! Plenty of help from the front desk who are all very friendly to get recommendations on where to eat and what to do in this cute little town of Beacon! Will be back to try the spa services! Can't wait!

My room -- notice the desk and antiques!

It exemplifies the degradation in society at all levels, companies, businesses, corporations, media, culture. What used to be dignified civil society has become a sewer mass of immorality and degradation where the debased and degraded is lauded as the accepted cultural norm. Yes the facilities of this enterprise are just fine - new, "modern" in all its expected respects, but I was speaking of something far greater than all of that. Do not simply accept and go along with what this present culture has become; because it's now the world around you does not mean you cannot stand up and speak out against it. Invariably you'll get the immature and unprofessional response below - in my day businesses would have apologized, perhaps tried to explain in a more conciliatory matter to the prospective patron that sometimes communiques can become more casual when people are feeling more comfortable (although the regular outgoing company newsletter should not and never be) and to apologize for the laxity. In this case, not only was there no such apology, the result is for the person speaking to be ostensibly "removed" from the sphere of discussion, "cancelled" if you will out of the recipient's domain; obviously it was just your particular sensibility that was offended, no real violation of cultural norms had occurred so we don't need to even take you seriously or offer you the civilized respect of a discussion about it. My point is, the more you don't speak out and allow garbage, the more garbage you'll find around you, and it is all around us now, no matter how new and shiny the surface. ---------------------------------------------- Me: Hello could you please refrain from including curse words or ostensibly covered up curse words in your newsletters, e.g., "Perfect for folks who have a short-term project and just need a private space to get $h!t done." Maybe just one generation ago, that would be unheard of in a professional communication sent out by a seemingly professional organization, but the worst forms of degradation are happening in every from of media, corporations and advertising; this is just another symptom and evidence. I really don't want to be bombarded with curse words first thing in the morning when I open up a company information newsletter. Thank you. Owner: Apologies to have offended you, Anita. We will remove you from our email list. Best, Scott

We were seated right by the window and it has a lovely view. Generally speaking, the ambience is really nice. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. We did have a newer server who seemed a little bit nervous and less familiar with the menu than you might want, but she was very nice and we have no complaints about the actual service. We split a half bottle of wine, which was a nice option since we didn't want a full bottle. We started with the French baguette, the brussels sprouts, and the whipped ricotta. The brussels sprouts were delicious. They were perfectly cooked and I couldn't stop going back to them. The whipped ricotta was also really interesting and the flavors were amazing. What was really disappointing was the baguette. When I think baguette, I think crusty, hot, out of the oven. The texture of the baguette was weird because it almost had more of a pretzel like exterior that was chewy and not crispy. For mains, we had the crispy chicken sandwich and the cassoulet. The sandwich was kind of a letdown. The flavors were all nice, but there was no textural difference. The bun was a little too big for the sandwich, the avocado, and the other toppings, just all kind of mushed into each other. It was perfectly enjoyable, but just nothing to write home about. The cassoulet was very good. There was a nice depth of flavor and smokiness to the meat. Overall, no complaints. It did seem as though our mains probably sat under a heat lamp. My guess is that because we were still working on the appetizers they did not want us to feel rushed, but with this kind of meal and the price point, they should do a better job pacing, or they should just bring the food out when it comes out. I would rather have the fresh hot food out of the kitchen, than have it sitting under a heat lamp. Overall, the meal was lovely. There were a lot of really high points. There were also some disappointing parts of the meal. Given the price point and the feel of the round house, the few missteps hit a little bit harder. But we would absolutely come back again. It was an overall very nice experience and we enjoyed our ourselves.

That could not be the opposite! Their gowns are so moderately priced with majority of them being under $2300. I went in thinking I wanted a ballgown and went the entire opposite direction. Alessia pulled every single dress I asked to see, she helped me try on and take off the same dresses multiple times. In the end she ended up custom making me a gown from items all around the shop. I found my dress at my first apt but left without it because I was too nervous to say yes at my very first apt. I went back about a month later tried on even more dresses & Alessia convinced me to try on my dress one more time and I knew it was mine when I looked at it on the hanger.
