A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. They used a sponge and squeegee on the inside which left no spots. But they did not wipe the sills and left blue colored stains from the cleaning solution. The outside windows were cleaned using a brush on a wand with no squeegee. Supposedly, they spray the window with filtered wayer to eliminate spotting. The result was atrocious with more spots than before washing. I complained and they offered a refund or to return for a 2nd chance. They sent the same crew and the result was barely an improvement. I should have taken the refund. I do not recommend Window Gang.
