Do Not Hire This Company!…read more I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. During the final walkthrough, I found hair and stains in multiple rooms and bathrooms. While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. The person in charge of scheduling never answered my calls, even after they charged my card the next day. They also broke my shower head and never mentioned it. Overall, terrible customer service. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

Looking for a professional housekeeping company to keep your vacation home looking it's best? This…read moreis the one, 2B's. The service provided is great, but what's really important is their reliability and communication. They do a fantastic job on any given day. I'm able to book and communicate via email and text message. And pay invoices online. I can't count how many hours that has saved me. That's VERY rare for this industry. And for me, is the most useful way to work. Besides the everyday housekeeping, having a vacation home means a lot of out-of-the norm incidents. We've had guests book last minute. Cancel last minute. Leave expensive personal items. Have parties without permission. 2B's was able to handle every situation with absolute professionalism. After a bad service incident with one of Truckee/Tahoe's larger housekeeping companies, Mountain Lake, I was recommended to try 2B's. It's now been close to 2 solid years of AAA service. Our rental was used for nearly 150 nights last year, and have never had a single complaint about housekeeping issues. I wouldn't be able to trust my vacation rental to any other company.

We are so glad we did! The team has an efficient booking system and the communication was excellent from booking-following up after the service. The Sunshine Cleaning team did more for a standard clean and an exponentially more thorough job than our first "deep" clean, for half the price. My husband, who previously was not very into the idea of hiring a cleaning service, just kept walking around saying "I can't believe this is our house." We are now converts and will be hiring them at least every couple of months. Thank you so much Sunshine Cleaning!

Over the last 4 years I've had various issues with the quality of cleaning provided by Sunshine…read morecleaning. Multiple times we'd return to our place in Tahoe City to find that the cleaners made the beds without changing the sheets or only used the express wash load on the laundry to keep the cycles shorter instead of getting a thorough cleaning of the linens. They had been responsive and apologietic when that happened, so I kept being willing to give them another chance. This last experience was the last straw. After their last cleaning I found multiple sets of dirty sheets balled up and shoved into the linen closet. It is clear to me that they hadn't been actually washing sheets but cycling between sets of dirty sheets. We use our house as a second home and do not rent it to vacationers, so I can't even imagine what they do for clients who aren't there to check the quality. Additionally, during this same last visit, they were supposed to have cleaned the oven (which they charge extra for) and they didn't do it. I reached out to them directly when I discovered this and did not get a response. We obviously won't be using them anymore, but everyone should be aware that they need to do serious quality checks on this team.

Not only does Claudia do a great job actually cleaning the place, she is PERFECT if you put your property up on sites like Airbnb or VRBO like I do. She has helped me coordinate the removal of a broken couch and setting up the new one. She helps with small things like replacing batteries. If I need to stock up on supplies, she will let me know ahead of time and I can simply ship it over to her and she will get it set up at my place. Living hours away, Claudia has again, been perfect for my cleaning needs.
