Overcooked "medium rare" steak and bland fries.

Ordered the rib eye medium rare and the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was bland and the steak was beyond well done (see picture). I am not sure how this restaurant has 4 star reviews.

Service and food were excellent. Loved the casual atmosphere and the live entertainment that was happening this evening. The beverages were great and excellent quality. Food nicely seasoned and delicious. I will say it is slightly pricey but it is worth it. Good quality of the food and drinks makes it worthwhile. The staff were very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. That's what made the experience really enjoyable. Thanks for the great time, see you again soon!

Thank you Sarah for an enjoyable lunch. Squidward and I took a road trip out to East Hampton to enjoy some scenery. Stopped in at the Dublin for lunch. Cute pub with a good selection of beers and beverages and some yummy foods. Squid had the boneless wings with a salad and I thoroughly enjoyed the Shepard's pie. It was pretty quiet at lunch time but I can imagine it being busy at night. Thanks for the meal, very much recommend You get a great view of the distillery

The Dublin definitely a favorite of mine. The service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and inviting. The outside patio now has a small bar. Although the restaurant is on the main street, there is not a lot of noise from traffic. They always have the most amazing live music. My go to dinner is the pastrami Ruben. It's is always made perfectly. The bread is toasted to the right amount of crunch and the pastrami is layered on in a heaping pile. Add in the best fries in town and it's just a great meal.

We all went to The Dublin to celebrate a family birthday. There were 7 of us, 5 adults, 2 kids. They were able to seat us in the Piano Room. We ordered boneless wings in 2 flavors, mushrooms and calamari. The wings were very good. The right balance of coating, sauce and chicken. Well cooked, not greasy or dry. The calamari was so good it looked like we had never eaten before. I did not try the mushrooms but they must have been okay cause they all were eaten. Toni got a BLT, I got fish and chips. The fries were good. Fresh, hot, salty. The fish was okay. The coating was a little bland. I know I have high expectations, but when the fish is good it is so good. The BLT was giant. Toni got 2 meals out of it. We all shared a single slice of cheesecake. Also very good. Service was excellent. Thank you Taylor. We can be a needy bunch. Dinner for 7, with apps, and a single dessert $200. Very reasonable. They had a band in the bar on Friday night but we didn't stay for the music. The Dublin is a great place for a family dinner out. Check it out.

There aren't many restaurants in East Hampton, but I'm going to try my best to visit all of them. My experience with this one rates high on the scale. The food & service was phenomenal. I came in on an extremely cold Saturday night. Even though the bar area was calling me, I decided to sit in the main dining room. I wanted a more low key dining experience. The tap room had a few guests that were chatting & laughing amongst themselves & with the bartender, all while watching the games on the flat screens hanging behind the bar. That night, the main room provided live entertainment. The solo singer & pianist were doing mellow songs from the 40s & later in different keys. It was quite pleasant & at a volume that wasn't intrusive at all. Upon being seated we were given the regular menu & the specials menu. We were also given waters. I thought it was odd that the water came in a plastic cup, you'd get at a nightclub. The atmosphere in the dining room is intimate. The tables are covered with tableclothes, with candle centerpieces & there's aged paintings on the walls. The ambiance is great for a date night. So the plastic cups felt out of place. I did order wine & that came in an wine glass. We ordered the potstickers & boy were they loaded with flavor! They may have been the best I've ever tasted. I can't begin to name all the spices, but ginger stood out & it had small kick to it. The thick sweet teriyaki sauce complemented it well & balanced the spice. For the main course, I was intending on ordering the prime rib, since they have it every Friday and Saturday. However, I went for their special, potato crusted salmon. My taste buds were rejoicing! This thick piece of salmon was cooked evenly to a medium temperature from end to end. The skin was left on but it wasn't crunchy. Which is ok because the potato crust on top added that crunch texture. I would eat this salmon everyday if I could. The mashed potatos & spinach was also great. They have whole cooked garlic cloves on the spinach. After I ate one, I pushed the rest of the cloves to the side. Initially, I didn't taste it, but it hit me as I was eating. Afterwards, I could tell I needed brush every inch of my mouth. Regardless of that, dinner was still delicious, I'd just make sure to not eat a whole clove again. Additionally, the amount of food was also generous. I'm a potato person & I couldn't finish all of the mashed potatoes & belive me, I put in some effort. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of menu & seeing what other entertainment they will have.

After a night out to see the Hebron lions Christmas display at the fairgrounds we stopped here for dinner afterwards. My daughter had the lobster bisque and Shepard's pie. The soup was excellent the Shepard's pie decent. My wife had the clam chowder and a burger. The burger was quite tasty and the clam chowder was good. Myself I had the French onion and the chicken sandwich. The sand watch was good the French onion was only OK. The sandwiches came with in house fries. That were decent. The pretzel bite we had were soft on the inside a little crunchy on the outside. It was a good meal and if I'm down that way I would consider going back

Bacon, pepperoni and sausage pizza. So good and crispy and super thin. Definitely recommend getting one on the days they do pizza.

Consistently good food. Nothing to go out of the way for, but consistent, hot and good. The bar can get loud- but it's a bar!

Just functional. I was there on an NFL Sunday. There were lots of regulars. There was good interaction with the staff. I didn't catch her name, but the woman who was the only person working the bar and waiting on the tables was amazing. She was super friendly to everyone. She hustled to meet everyone's needs. It wouldn't surprise me if she is an owner too. It's hard to find people, who aren't owners, who are that committed. I asked for a wing flavor recommendation and she said "Montreal Honey" first. I ordered 6. The wings are part-baked and then finished in a fryer. Good inner and outer texture. The Montreal Seasoning was right on. The Honey didn't have much of a presence either visually or flavor-wise. More was needed to balance the salt from the Montreal Seasoning and to justify the Honey in the name. I tried both the Blue Cheese and the Ranch. I'd recommend the Blue Cheese. I'll definitely return to try more wing flavors. I also ordered a crock of chili, which was full of ground beef and topped with melted cheddar and chopped red onions. The chili was solid. I'd probably try something else before I ordered it again though. I'm a fan of Hideaway and I'll be back. 4.25 Stars

I'm back! I love this place! It's quiet here ) it's only a Tuesday) but we're late (arrived at 9:15…read morePM). There is no shortage of decor here! I like the huge carafe of ice water and the spicy potato chips! For my first drink, I'm having a Negroni. A negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of equal parts gin, vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and Campari, generally served with ice, and commonly garnished with an orange slice or orange peel. It is considered an apéritif. They also have an Obi Wan Negroni made with Cold Brew Infused Campari instead. For my first food item, I'm having the Cream of Mushroom soup with chicken. Cream of mushroom soup is a simple type of soup where a basic roux is thinned with creamor milk and then mushrooms or mushroom brothare added. This is delicious! It's nice and hot with a lot of shredded chicken. For my entree, I'm having the Brussels Sprout Salad made with shaved Brussels sprouts, spring mix, bacon, pomegranate drizzle, silvered almonds, shaved Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette dressing. Look at the height of this! This tastes great! I am also having a side of mushy peas. Mushy peas are a traditional British side dish of marrowfat peas that are cooked until soft and mashed into a mush. The dish is especially popular in Northern England and the Midlands, and often eaten with fish and chips or served as part of "pie and peas". Here's a quick overview of mushy peas: Ingredients** Traditionally made with dried marrowfat peas, but can be substituted with frozen peas or green split peas. I love this! It's nice and hot.,What a rare treat! This is hard to find anywhere! I'm also having a side of cold slaw. Coleslaw, or "slaw" in North America, is a side dish of shredded cabbage with a vinaigrette or mayo-based dressing. The word "coleslaw" comes from the Dutch term koolsla, meaning "cabbage salad". Recipes vary by region and can include additional ingredients like carrots, apples, raisins, or celery. Coleslaw originated in the Netherlands in the 18th century, but references to similar cabbage salads appear in ancient Greek and Roman medical texts. This is the best! Nice, thick dressing! For my last drink, I'm having a Godfather. The Godfather is a sweet and strong cocktail that blends Scotch whisky and amaretto liqueur. It's typically served in an old-fashioned glass over ice and can be garnished with an orange twist. The drink became popular in the 1970s disco scene and is named after the 1972 film starring Marlon Brando and Al Pacino. Some say bartender Joe Scialom created the Godfather to capture the movie's spirit. This is done just right! Good job! What a great meal here!

Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right downtown Manchester on Main Street is this gem where Lucky Taco once stood. It echoes the standard British pubs and taverns from across the pond with deep yellow lighting, woods, exposed brick walls and open floorplan kind of vibe. It was lively, energetic and welcoming! Service: Lara took excellent care of us and she was very helpful! I had no issues at all. Food/Drinks: On the table when we arrived was an Irn Bru which is a SUPER popular drink sold in Scotland, often beating Coca-Cola in sales. It tasted like orange licorice, but it was actually pretty decent. Our first appetizer was an order of Crisps which were like thick cut potato chips with some garlic parmesan seasonings which I actually enjoyed! There was plenty of flavor from each component involved. Next up was the 007 which was their spin on the martini James Bond orders! In it is Wheatley Vodka, Bombay Gin, and English Tea Infused Lillet Blanc. It tasted like a dirty martini and was pretty strong! Smooth as well. I enjoyed it. Next up was a dish called Toad In The Hole which is Yorkshire pudding stuffed with smoked sausage then topped with caramelized onions and gravy. I have never seen anything like this before, but it was so strange, but pretty decent! The Yorkshire pudding was a bit eggy and dense. The gravy was a must though, since the other components of the dish lacked the salt that I was seeking. Next up was the Cloth Of Gold Old which is an Old Fashion with a twist which contained Old Forester, fresh lemon and honey. I enjoyed it, but I'm not sure why the mention of Old Fashion was on the menu unless this is supposed to differ from an "Old Fashioned". No matter, moving on. Next up were the Potato Pom Pom which are fired potato balls served with a house-made cheddar cheese sauce. It sounds like a simple dish. The cheese was thick, majorly cheddar-y. I really, really liked these! They tasted like a fancy tater tot. The potato inside was so soft and tender and the exterior was so crispy. My last drink of the night was the Bramble On Rose which is their take on a 1980's classic created in Soho, London. In it is Bombay Gin, fresh lemon, rose water and blackberry syrup. This was my favorite drink of the night. It was fresh, had some herbal flavors and the rose flavor made itself known. I really, really liked this drink and would certainly order it again. Lastly, the quintessential Fish & Chips! It's Atlantic cod in a brown ale batter, served with musky peas, chips, tartar sauce and a curry sauce. The curry sauce was surprisingly fantastic. I was blown away and absolutely needed more of it. The mushy peas resembled guacamole, but I had no idea how I was supposed to eat them. Lol. Were they a sauce? I don't know, but they tasted exactly how you'd think they'd taste. The fish was also fantastic. It was light, yet greasy and crispy. Value: The most expensive thing on the menu is $22.00. This place is not expensive at all so you certainly won't break the bank. Portions are decent size too. In conclusion, I absolutely enjoyed myself here and highly recommend you (reading this) to check it out! British food is... unpredictable if I must throw a word on it. Lol. Like, I almost couldn't predict what some of this stuff would taste like because I had never had anything like it before! Now, I'm a believer!
