Me and my friends stopped off here on our way back from feeding the reindeers. We first of all had a nose around the little gift shop and then the farm shop which had lots of locally sourced fresh produce.
We then went into the cafe and there were no tables in doors so we decided to sit outside, it was a bit blowy but we managed to get a sheltered spot. I was unsure what to choose between the Cullen skink and the Highland cheese board, but as I had fish the night before I went for the cheese. there were 3 different types of cheese, a chedder, a brie and a blue all were lovely. Also came with a tomatoe chutney. Salad, oatcakes and celery. I really enjoyed this. I then had a hot chocolate to warm up before heading off back down the road to Glasgow. read more
