The cafe is part of a 'standard' visitors complex that you get everywhere in the highlands. It has information about the area and a shop selling the usual touristy books, music and trinkets.
The building is fairly modern and the cafe does not have a great deal of character. Its clean and tidy though, good toilets and a good number of benches outside for the sunnier days.
The main plus side here is the cakesThey have an excellent selection of tasty home-made style cakes in all sorts of interesting flavours; from lemon loaf to cheese cake to full on death-by-chocholate. The cakes changes regularly and they're always worth the trip!
Prices are average, they also do resonable coffee and various other light bites to eat.
