This was my second time here, and I absolutely LOVE Woodhouse! First time I came here I got a…read morepedicure and this time I got the 50 minute Swedish Massage. It's pretty pricey but it is so worth it. You walk in and are greeted by cheerful receptionists. Then you're led back to the changing room and are given a soft robe and slippers. After changing you relax in the waiting room and are provided with a drink of your choice. This time around I got a mimosa as I waited. My masseuse came and got me and we went to a pleasantly lit room that had calming music playing in the background. It was 50 minutes of pure bliss. After my massage, I got cinnamon tea and relaxed in the waiting room before changing to head back to the real world. My experiences here are amazing! I am the most relaxed that I ever am when I'm at Woodhouse. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to unwind and relax!

Woodhouse Spa atmosphere is amazing and they do a good job. Unfortunately, the massage I received…read morewas not good. This was not supposed to be deep tissue, and I repeatedly asked the therapist to lighten up the pressure- but he really didn't. ...and the same pressure was even applied to bony landmarks-which shouldn't happen. I am the type of person that likes a firmer pressure- but this was crazy. A couple days later and I am still incredibly sore. Incredibly disappointed since the price is ridiculously high.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. The AUDACITY of this place is comical really. The staff was…read morerude as hell to say the least. I was forced to sign a 12 month contract before I was even offered a tour of the place. I signed up went to work out and was horrified by what I saw. This place is disgusting. The ceiling is literally falling in, in multiple places. It smells like mold mildew and has not been cleaned in probably ten years or more. The equipment was broke down. The staff was so unhelpful and tacky. Do Not Waste your time or your money with this trashy place!! There are so many better places in town that are 100x better all the way around. ITS VERY OBVIOUS that there are major issues ranging from structural, to plumbing and even exercise equipment that have clearly been left in those conditions for quite some time- certainly long before I came there. Why on earth would I want to give that another chance or even risk my health or safety in such an environment? I will be calling BBB and health department on this place the only thing Premier about it is the bad attitude from the manager. EDIT: luckily I've discovered I actually did NOT sign a contract so there shouldn't be any further issue, or contact from this company. Would I like my money back? Of course but maybe yall need it more than I do, fix your mess! Do better!!

Okay here is my take from an out of town perspective…read more If you are looking for out of tourneys this is probably one that you want to skip out on. Here's why, the courts 3-4 are so hot you feel like you're in a sauna. It's almost unbearable to be in the gym. Not sure how kids can play in the extreme heat. In addition to it being so hot, they make you pay to get into the gym. $5.00 to be hot? Yikes! So as far as competitive teams, the local parent said they never travel because area teams travel to them to play such as: Hobbs, Clovis, Dell City. Eh, don't think I'd want to drive back for those teams. We travel often and Vegas as been the best out of town tourney for us. More exposure and the top of top kids traveling to play ball with other elite kids. We won the tourney and were expecting to get at least a trophy. Nope, both teams got cheesy medals. Eh, it was just $160 to register but still, you'd think they'd do more at least for the winners of the tourneys. What could trophies really cost? Anyhow, I'm sure as a resident we'd enjoy this location for the amenities but for an out of town tourney, no way! Thanks Lubbock!
