The woman who does my laser, Sonia, is very helpful and she gave me the groupons with no expiration date so I could be sure to use them. She and I text about appointments which is very convenient. I got once every 2 months and each time the laser strength increases. She gives ice packs to ice the area before she lasers it, and she always is quick and I tell her if I need a quick break.
