The woman who does my laser, Sonia, is very helpful and she gave me the groupons with no expiration date so I could be sure to use them. She and I text about appointments which is very convenient. I got once every 2 months and each time the laser strength increases. She gives ice packs to ice the area before she lasers it, and she always is quick and I tell her if I need a quick break. They also offer me water and wine every time I go. there is never a long wait. The new location (which is next door to their old one) is very well decorated! Love this place.

They make you text them and will not schedule over the phone. They typically get back to you about scheduling in 3-5 business days which would be fine if you were actually receiving something. The women are rude and make you feel dumb for asking questions. If you bought one of their "passports" from Holiday happening HA good luck cause they will never book you. It's a complete scam and so is the entire company. I genuinely don't know how they are still in business.
