I called in and they gave me a nurse practitioner told me it's just the same as the psychiatrist. I'd find out later she's in freakin Colorado. She made me pay $400 up front. I believe that she had a feeling she would be quitting at the time. The $400 is supposed to be a one time fee, while she quit so now I have to pay it somewhere else. The service was terrible. When I called they told me that the nurse would be just like using the psychiatrist. NOT. It took 10 days to get my prescriptions and this includes almost every day calling. Turns out the nurse had to get the prescriptions approved by her superior who was on her own schedule and in her own area. They take your card and they take advantage of charging without consent from you. This last appointment, I cancelled 3 days ahead of time, on the day of the appointment they texted me 5 times. I thought something was wrong so I clicked in - she had to tell me that she's quitting and when we hung up, they charged me $150 and refuse to refund me. The sessions were also a disaster. They were via their program and I could never get in the app. Always a problem. When we met, she sat about 20 feet from the camera and we screamed back and forth. The service at Not a Good Day psychiatrist was the worse I've every experienced. read more
