I've now been more than a handfull of times and have experienced multiple IVs and even some injections. I've always walked away feeling better than when I walked in. The staff is friendly and super professional, and the chairs are comfortable... and if you're like me, you can connect to wifi and get some work done while you get your IV. We have used AZ IV Medics for years for various medical issues for my family members. In our last…read morevisit, my wife requested to have a tech that doesn't wear perfume or have strong smells and to have the IV go slow because all of these would make her symptoms from her condition worse as she is suffering from a rare complex neurological condition. First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. Will never use them again.
