Hyper Flow Service has been my trusted plumbers since 2021, for the past 4.5+ years. The owner,…read moreKyle, has also referred me to my equally trustworthy HVAC/Electrician, ArkEHC, and I couldn't be happier! I've worked with David, Jacob, Brian, and James, and can't speak more highly of all of them! They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

Ian arrived on Sunday afternoon and immediately knew what the problem was. After purchasing a part that was needed, he returned and fixed the problem. Ian was so personable, knowledgeable, and competent. He really enjoys his work and that is the kind of professional you want to work with. It was a pleasure working with Hyper Flow Service, and I would certainly use them again!

I asked him on the phone how much he would charge me for clearing a clogged toillet and he told me $98.00. I asked him to come by. He came over and within 5 minutes cleared the toilet and then wrote me an invoice that came out to an even $100. He was professional, did not try to upsell me, did not try to BS me in any way, and just fixed the problem, charged me what he told me it was going to cost, and left. What a refreshing experience. I will call on these guys anytime I need anything done, and will refer him to everyone I can. As for Precision Plumbing...........my advice to everyone is to stay away from them. What they tell you on the phone is not what I was told, and even when the guy came out and I rejected his first offer to clear my toilet for $260, then he told me he had to go call his boss to see if he could do better. He came back in in less than a minute and told me he would do it for $160. This, all after they dispatcher told me it would be $59 plus parts...... Go with American Rooter, they are honest, and fair!!!

I was desperate because my house was under contract and I need the work done quickly. They quoted me $14,000 and said it was because they would have to dig 12-15 feet. After digging all day, they couldn't find the pipe and left. They did not communicate with me what was wrong and did not show up the next day. I called all the numbers and was only able to leave a message. They showed up the third day and realized the pipe was 2 feet over from where they dug. They installed new pipes. Then they said they needed to dig another 10 feet to fix more pipe and it would be another $14,000, and then they left again! I called another plumber and they said that Elite not only needed to dig more because they installed the pipes incorrectly and needed to fix their error, but the hole was only 9 feet deep, which was a standard size. Needless to say I put a stop work order. The new plumber is doing the entire job for $9,200!! Elite Rooter took advantage of me. They lied about everything! Do not use them. I've left several messages for management and they have never called back. They are scam artists just trying to rip people off. Fortunately, I was wise to it and got out on time!

Another plumbing company- while prompt- came to look at it, and was asking $150 more than what Go Direct Services stated was their flat rate. I sent the initial company away without my business, and contacted Go Direct Services. That same day, Luis was able to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within minutes and all for a flat fee of $79. Really appreciate not being price gouged when I realize that the problem is an easy fix. We may have found our new local professional!

My tech called around 1:40 pm saying they were wrapping up the prior job and would be at my home in about 30-40 minutes. Still good. 3:00 rolls around and nothing. I text the number for an updated ETA and was told about 35 minutes or sooner. I had to get back to work so luckily my wife works remotely and was home for their arrival at 3:40. From her interaction she stated things could have been a little better. Their were two techs, one in training. Upon entering our home the trainee starts going into a different part of the house that had nothing to do with our service so she had to redirect him. Then at the conclusion of our service she noticed our washer drain hose was not placed back in the drain tube where it needed to go so she had to put it back. She did state the main tech was communicative, provided various options (scope or no scope) and was friendly enough. Side gripe on the invoice payment portal.....I would think plumbers get paid enough of a living wage to negate the need for a tip, but I guess with where tipping culture is in America, Go Direct feels the need to ask for additional funds as a tip upon checkout.
