After waiting several minutes one of the pharm techs told us the insurance card was not going through even though we had just used it at the oral surgeon's office. He explain that it may have worked there but it was not going through with the pharmacy. We took the prescriptions back and went to McKay's. Dr. McKay explained that if we had that problem at CVS it will be the same problem on his computer, which it was. However, he went into further detail explaining to us that we were having this problem because the insurance card was not up to date and that some of the numbers were different. This was something the CVS pharm techs did not explain to us. Dr. McKay continued typing away on his computer trying to figure out a way to help us. Eventually he worked his magic and figured something out to help the insurance go through. Big thanks!

Cute but pricey stuff…read more We stopped in when we were walking around this cute area of Bloomington. Very welcoming and inviting. We were greeted immediately by the employee at the counter. We browsed and chatted with her. I touched all the luxe looking items and wished my bank account was fatter. We left without buying anything but having feasted our eyes and certainly *wanting* things! I am sure to stop in again when I am back for my semi-annual trek to the town!

Shot glasses, flasks, magnets, bumper stickers, all sorts of Anne Taintor stuff, books, greeting cards, buttons, candy, action figures...basically knick-knacks, gew-gaws, doodads, baubles, trinkets, novelties, and ephemera of all types. And an AVALANCHE of IU t-shirts, about a third of the store. Most are actual licensed t-shirts so you know that you're getting a quality shirt, but the prices range from six to ten bucks. Soft t-shirts, block-letter t-shirts, t-shirts with or without the trident symbol, "B-town" t-shirts, humorous t-shirts ("Purdouche", "Dry Campus", et al), etc etc etc, in numerous colors and several sizes. I saw t-shirts in several stores that day, and Greetings had the best prices and widest selection of all of them.

What I have found is that shopping at places that offer these types of goods is strictly personal in how much they carry of the types of items you are looking for or collect. This shop in part of the old Gosport Opera House has a variety of items that you see in places all over central Indiana. I don't recall seeing much as far as antiques or old collectibles, but they do have things like candles and knick knacks to look through. Of note, there is a board game based upon the town of Gosport which was established in 1829. The game is filled with historic places in Gosport. The actual town of Gosport used to print its own money back in the 1830's, so the money used in the game is based upon that early style, not actual American currency. Review #1781

After pulling into a shared lot (a landscape design and build is next door), I entered the ranch style business with a central room and a couple smaller ones containing a wide variety of objects. There is a section for ladies' clothing, and lots of tables and cabinets loaded with items. In fact, even some of the shelves and cabinets are for sale too! I saw tableware, decorative pieces, items promoting Terre Haute, candles, and art pieces. The woman who was working was pleasant and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. For instance, I found some "Melissa & Doug" toys and ended up buying one for an upcoming birthday present. It was a rug with a race track laid out on it and it came with four race cars. We have two family members currently into gnomes and this shop had a lot of variety in the gnome department. One we purchased was a girl gnome because it had pigtails. I had not seen that before. Another we purchased was a "soft" gnome. Both will be gifts when we get back home.
