The chicken was very well seasoned, but it was dry, tough and too thick. The bread is way too dense also. My suggestions would be to toast the bread a little to warm it up and to loosen it up a bit, cut the chicken thinner, cook it for less time or marinate it so it isn't so dry. It also wouldn't hurt to add a little more slaw and/or sauce to bring moisture back into the sandwich. Navin's customer service is top notch! For this reason, I would consider eating Trucking Delicious again, but I won't be eating the Jerk Chicken Sandwich.

He was able to serve me and I enjoyed learning about how this food truck came to be. The chicken was divine-- smoked and then he flash fries it upon order and that skin was crackling crispy! Huge drumsticks with delicious sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. Even the waffle had homemade flavor and texture that was top notch! When they advertise about being from scratch, they are not messing around. What a pleasant lunch surprise this was. It seemed everyone loved the menu options and the portions were surprisingly large and served hot and fresh. This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. I definitely recommend these guys for private events and to give them a try when you see them out and about, 5 stars for customers service and quality...

I'm always quite skeptical when it comes to bbq places. Ive had many bad experiences. When i saw this food truck right off of st rt 37 I just had a good feeling about it. The owner, Jimmy, was the nicest guy right of the rip and it was easy to tell that he knew a thing or 234234 about TRUE AUTHENTIC Memphis BBQ. I tried the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, beans, and slaw. Everything was perfect. The brisket was cut into thick slices and it was so juicy and the crisp on the bark with the smoky flavors was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was hand pulled and seasoned to perfection. They came on sandwich as part of the "World Famous Meal Deal" and it was a MONSTER of a sandwich. Pulled Pork and Brisket piled as high as the plate could handle. The sides were even better than expected and accompanied the bbq to perfection. I work in the area and this is going to be my new place to go for food. I just gotta throw this out there as well. They offer delivery locally and to truck drivers parked across the street. Way to take care of our truck drivers working hard during this time. Go check out Memphis Blues and BBQ! The friendly owner was just out there rocking it out taking orders and cooking all by himself! I ordered the "Big Meal" with one each of chicken and pork kabobs. It came with rice pilaf, a refreshing cucumber tomato salad, and the meat was super tender and flavorful. The portions were generous. OH and OMG honestly the Tzatziki was some of the best I have ever had. I am part Greek and am very picky about this sauce being done right.
