First off when looking at doors you think this is great the price Sofia the office staff saying that they can complete the doors in two weeks of purchase and install in a week, with great prices. I should have known as soon as Sean the installer came to my house to measure. The day he was suppose to come he didn't and they called the time of the appointment to inform me that he would come the following day. The next day he was late didn't say much measured the doors and left. No call from Door Depot after. We paid in full, no one called for an appointment to install. So I called and made the appointment great a week out. The day of installation no call no show. So I called and was told Sean is on his way. Three hours later and he still hasn't shown up. These guys don't even understand standard door swinging--right and left--as established around the world. They'll sell you the wrong door, swinging the wrong way and then pull out a paper where the small print explains that they may list the "swing' of a door exactly the opposite of every manufacturer on earth. There is something seriously wrong with these people. They don't seem to know what the standard sizes of doors are either. They seem to be a bunch of generic salespeople who have not real experience with doors. Doors are all they sell but they don't understand ANYTHING about them. Stay away! read more

This merchant is completely non-responsive. I ordered a door and did not want internal blinds as I was concerned with future failures and repairs. Julio upsold me on adding internal blinds with assurances that the blinds had a LIFETIME warranty. I have been requesting a warrant replacement part since May 11th 2021 and as of July 8 2021 I have received no followup from Door Depot and RSL does not warranty the blinds to the end client. Extremely poor CS service. I have even provided them with a list of RSL distributors in the area and suggested alternative options as well as a 3rd party seller where they can obtain replacement parts and they have still not responded and now are not answering their phone. read more

This place is horrible. We special ordered three doors and they continuously made excuses about the status of our past due order. Furthermore, they have zero communication because they don't answer the phone and do not have a voicemail set up. We had to drive there more than a handful of times which was over 45min each way for us. When we asked for a refund they bullied us and then finally did it but completed it "offline" on their machine so we have been left disputing the couple thousand dollar charge with our credit card company. I will be sending AZ Family News our and notifying proper authorities if we don't receive our deposit back. Don't do business here. read more

Avoid this place! Took my wife in to get a glass pantry door. We were greeted by a very nice but extremely un organized young woman who seemed unsure of herself. We were told they could get us a custom pantry door to fit right in place of current door. The price quoted seemed fair and we were told to bring in the door we wanted replaced so they could match size and hinge placements. We brought the door in later that same day and left it with them. We were told the new door would be ready in a few days. This was a Saturday and we were told it would be ready on Wednesday. Great! We did not receive a call on Wednesday so on Thursday I stopped in. It was obvious that they didn't know who I was and I had to describe what I was there for and remind them that I dropped off our door!! The young lady pulled out a spiral notebook and asked what day we had come in. I told her Saturday and she shuffled through the book and found our info. She then apologized but had forgotten to order. I was told it would be next week. I left understanding that mistakes can be made and I was willing to overlook it. The next week again received no call. I called and was told the door had come in but the glass was broken. She told me she was very sorry for not calling. I asked how long it would take to get another door. I was told 5 weeks! What? How is that possible when the first quote was a few days?! I said I would come get my door and go elsewhere for a new pantry door! When I showed up to get the door no one apologized or seemed concerned. Just gave me my old door and let me leave! This place, I thought, was a great find. First I found them on an app called OfferUp looking for French Doors. They had great prices, but they were posted a year ago, and when I went in to inquire about them the One guy there had no idea about where those specific doors were as the app wasn't being kept updated. Okay that's fine no big deal there were plenty of doors to choose from and I found what I wanted, negotiated on the price to pay cash and take with me that day. The next part is what makes this experience a 3 out of 5 stars, the door handles would be placed but it would take a few days because of orders they were working on. My uncle visiting from out of state is a carpenter, he was with me to take measurements as he would be the one installing the doors - 1st they were not at all square and when he asked them to please do their job and make the adjustments the men assumed he was hired help and stated (in Spanish) "why don't you do it yourself that's what they're paying you for" Not only was that a rude comment to make and assume but also why is it too much to ask they sell me a product that actually is high quality. I didn't pay Nothing for this product. So after some conversation about what needed to be adjusted they begrudgingly agreed and said within 2 hours they could have the job done. This has redeemed them in my eyes, they also applied the door handles, a job they said would take a few days. The operation of this company needs to be better is as simply put as I can say it. I searched for door shops on Yelp and found this great door shop , I went In the next day and was greeted by a generous young woman and very friendly dog . I then told her I was looking for two rustic 6' sliding barn doors , I was so glad she knew what I was talking about . She then showed me a catalog of what I was looking for . I then compared prices to their shop and realized their prices were the most convenient to my needs . I received my orders exactly a week and a half later , and I now have my beautiful rustic sliding doors installed .I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back to order more doors . read more

This was a bad experience from the moment we walked in, the business looks like a messy maze of doors a sweaty guy and his dog first seemed confused helping us then a women in a see through shirt came to help she seemed nice but slow, really this place seems to sell dinged and damaged stuff they showed us a door like the style we liked and it was damaged he assured us we would get one delivered that looked perfect they spoke in Spanish some between each other I think about the pricing the price seemed decent but not a crazy good deal or anything then he told us a guy would be out Monday morning to install for $50 more cash, so we paid Monday came and no show until we got ahold of them an hour after our scheduled time the guy was having some issue but even still when he showed up three hours later it was with a damaged door! When we called the shop back a manager only offered a refund and nothing else, we were told "well you got a deal on the door", yeah a damaged door I wouldn't have bought in the first place! total waste of time! read more

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The doors we received were not the doors ordered. The "installer" did a very poor job. They never showed up on time - they left materials and never came back. It cost me an additional $1400.00 to have the doors reinstalled correctly. The fellow the owner used was not a registered contractor. They never called back or attempted to make things right. read more
